1 ring and then rung off. Rang it back and left a message stating my name (duh stupid) thinking it was probably a wrong number and then thought about it as my phone said I was connected when I was still getting a ring tone. Used ukphoneinfo.co.uk and found the number belongs to cheers international sales which I googled and was brought to this site. They seem to be selling prepaid phone cards but there has to be a scam somewhere. Just have to wait for the bill.
