There's a free Mobile App "Call Control" which will block unwanted calls:

I've used it on my Samsung Android for the last year and it works fantastically.
I also received the "Call" from the anonymous 0730173600 which belongs to Lion Finance.
I entered 0730173600 into my Mobile App "Call Control" and don't receive their calls anymore.

The silence is "Golden".

This number has been calling me for months, possibly more than a year.  No message is ever left.

They keep ringing us asking for someone we have never heard of. We have had three calls this week already.

My father got a call from this number but on my mums phone asking questions about his age and his address. Then I googled the number because it was a bit suspicious and when I searched this is how I found this website. Don't know if its much help but they call on wednesday 25 october 2017 at 11:51am. Hope it helps.
