This company also claims to be "Indue Credit Fraud" I'd be very cautious folks giving any details out.

The number is for a fraud monitoring team owned by the company Indue Ltd. www.indue.com.au They are a 3rd party banking services provider and do fraud monitoring for a number of banks and credit unions in Australia and New Zealand. The fraud division is called Orion. If they call, sms or email you it is because a transaction has flagged as potentially fraudulent and they are trying to determine if it is genuine or not to save your money from being stolen.

Yes, this is a legit call/text.  The Visa card centre that handles BCU Credit Cards.

Appears legit.  Called re a suspicious transaction on my Visa.

I received an SMS also and of course was suspicious so I rang the number from another phone, they advised me there were three transactions on my account that were possibly fraudulent, they were able to give me some basic details on the transactions which confirmed they were not ones I had authorised, when I checked my account they were right, two to the US and one to the UK, they then advised me to contact my bank to report it

They are a fraud company used by BankVic in Victoria Australia. Legit company.

I thought this was dodgy too but I ran git and it was a legitimate call from a team monitoring fraud on credit cards. I received a text asking to ring 0732584240.
