I keep getting calls from this guy, something about owing him money for "modelling courses" or something. I know he's from Epatant Model Management, and I did interview with them once, but I never signed anything. He won't stop calling, at all hours, so any ideas where to report him to for harassment? Anyway, don't deal with this guy!

Hey Sara I know what you mean, Ive been there!! His name is Wayne Jaye (mobile number below), and is a complete creep... Id report him to the office of fair trading and if he's really harassing you for no reason, to the police as well. And to everyone else - stay away!

yeah this guys a real [***] - do a quick google search of his name and you'll find out just one of the reasons why. we learnt the lesson the hard way. so all aspiring models, or parents of, make sure you really know who youre dealing with. once he has pics of you or your kids, he owns them forever, to do whatever he wants with. think about it.

I learnt the hard way too. He is a complete and utter scam. I lost heaps of money with him and only heard stories about comp cards and that crap. We must stop this, i believe that he hasnt paid his taxes as he always collects payments in cash. We must report him to the ATO.

if you got calls then obviously you did sign a contract and you owe the agency money.

Do not sign contracts if you do not intend to pay for services.

i suggest if you have a problem then you contact the agency instead of making allegations not based on fact and hiding behind an alias!

Dear Brad? I suggest you confirm your facts and also contact the agency if you have an issue. Any photographer unless copyright is waived, owns images he/she takes. images within an agency remain the property of the agency and are solely used within the agency. We do not have a record of a "brad" ever being with the agency, so i would suggest that you state your real name so legal action can be taken.

if you have any issues with the agency i suggest you contact them rather than making false allegations and hiding behind an alias.

once again, false allegations that are not substantiated. cash is only one means of payment within the agency.

if they owe the business money, of course they would be called. businesses have bills to pay also.

The agency is total crap. I would love to call and speak about my problem. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT!? I don't think there is a professional there to help me. There is only one person employed there and he is the owner , too. So he does whatever he wants. Just GOogle his name - sexual harassment. What can you say about it????? Cash as form of payment is acceptable, however, receipt for the services should be provided. I never seen mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an interview with Wayne late last year and he wanted me to pay a lot of money for classes and portfolio costs, boy am I glad I turned it down. I am now with a great agency (at no cost to me), have an awesome portfolio and extensive training in catwalk and posing. Models that I have spoken to on various jobs that have heard of Wayne only have negative things to say. Heads up Wayne, the word's spreading.

The guy is a freak, he got so angry when i joined another agentcey,he hasnt come up with any work for me, i am no longer with is stupid agentcey but he still has my photos up, and i want them taken off, but he wont do it... He needs to stop taking money off people and he needs to get a real job. He is no agent, he doesnt get people in magzines, he wasted my time and money....
