I have had 4 missed calls on my mobile from this number and when I call it back it sounds disconnected. This morning I managed to answer it and a male said my first name I answered yes and they repeated my name and I said who is this, they hung up. I then called the number back and got an Optus recording saying the phone number is disconnected.

Same thing has happened to me...I tried calling back but no answer.

I have received and say hello but no one saying anything back to me. Do you think something dodgy there??

A few missed calls but I haven't managed to answer them. The left a voicemail message and it was all just blank like they kept the phone call going but they didn't say anything after a few Minutes of blank message I just hung up and deleted it.

Ok, the number called me again and I answered it!

It's Australian Surf Life Savers selling tickets to their prize homes! Bahahahaha!!

They only call you if you have purchased tickets in the past.

I have also have had six missed calls from this number 2 Apr when I tried  calling back and the number does not exist

I had a call from this number. Never managed to answer one. When I call back it says user busy

they called twice.....  when i tried 8 times to ring back............. it was busy...it says on my phone  caller unknown ....annoying

Both my husband and I have received calls from this number. We have missed them each time. When we ring back we get a msg that says 'Line busy'. This is very annoying and we would like it to stop.

My husband did buy tickets from Australian Lifesavers more than 2 years ago and gave his mobile number however they were never given mine.
The calls are persistant and very annoying.

This number has called my mobile 3 or four times latley, the area code is gold coast
and I don't know any one there, I need to block rubbish callers

The 0756354600 that called my mobile 3/4 times and my return calls  - line busy every time
is a waste of space and my time and hopefully no expense incurred.

Surprised to see so many complaints regarding this number, didn't know such a site existed
for this number, what can be done about it.

They call me ALL the time - I actually had their number saved as 'Do Not Answer'.

I received a call from 07 5635 4600 so that is very sneaky because if it is them again they have changed their number!

I have had missed calls too and when returning call always engaged.I used to be a ticket buyer,but now know when not to answer phone.Thanks people.I just took a punt and googled their number.

Yep it's a good cause, but I only want to give 2 or 3 times a year but I get called every month and I feel really bad when I say no, but my financial situation isn't great. I wish they didn't have my number.

I missed this call to my mobile by a nanosecond and immediately range back for about 15 minutes. Continuous engaged signal. Could be important but no message.

I have had approximately 5 calls from this number over the past month.  I have a new phone and am having trouble getting the "hang" of answering it, etc!!  I have yet to actually answer a call from the number in question, but each time I redial to speak to the caller, it is giving the engaged signal.  I have tried it many hours after the call and still an engaged signal.  Very strange.

I agree that it is a good cause and have bought tickets several times. However my financial situation changed a few months ago and I have since asked them to remove me from their contact list, but I still get regular calls and have had to resort to not answering. They shouldn't be allowed to continuing pestering people. It wouldn't be so annoying if it was 1 call once in a while but they call at least once a month and multiple times over a day/week.

I get this missed call all the time - It is QLD Surf Life Saving - Wanting you to purchase Lottery Tickets - If you can afford it - Buy Some  !
