    Scam call?  I don't have any MBNA accounts so why would they phone this number? When you call it back they answer "credit card services" and demand personal details. If the bank is bona fide why don't they write to the customer?

    yes its a scam, pretend to be mbna and try to collect a few more bank details from you on each call.

    I had a call from this number and thinking it was a bona fide mobile call I had missed i rang it back. All I got was a load of mushy noise the other end!
    I do have an MBNA credit card, but it is all up to date! So don't know who this is!
