says he works for o2, rang him back and said he works for a company called safe line.... think its a scam, asked him how he got my number and he said yahoo.com :|

My 16 year old daughter got a call from this guy asking if she would like some new type of O2 insurance to which she replied No. She then terminated the call. A few minutes later she got a text from same number asking if she would like sex so she texted back asking who it was. They replied " The man of your dreams do you fancy some fun?" and asking for a picture. Daughter then replied with " Do you always ask complete strangers for sex ? is that normal"  He said not a stranger it's the guy who rang you from O2.
We've rang the police..... Not that we expect them to do much

He said he was from O2 asking about my contract and if I was having any problems with my phone...I said no and that if I had I would ring O2, so he hung up.  I had had a missed call from him and when I rang it back I got the answer machine...it's a Tesco Mobile number.

asking if i would like new 02 insurance and then for my credit card details, he had the first 4 numbers from my card then asked for the rest, when i said no the phone went dead!!

aye he phoned me aswell sayin he was from o2... so i phoned o2 and there passing the number etc on to the police.... and if ur reading this u wee dick... RUN AND HIDE A*SHOLE... RUN AND HIDE

got a call saying he supplyed cover and protection for o2 aswell as other networks, got a good deal, dont know why these people are complaining o2's cover is a rip off compared to these, much cheaper at £69.99 for the length of my contract.

I got a call from this guy saying that he was working for a company helping people to claim back misold PPI. I hung up, after which the guy called me several times then sent me a threatening text message. Why hasn't this guy been stopped?

guy said same thing about misold PPI, he had all my details and within hours money had been taken from my account. had to cancel all my cards, can anyone find these people?

he also said he was part of a company called 'you equip it' or something. a phone insurance scam!

Male said calling to discuss PPi as if I have had credit card, Mortgage or Laon I have paid to much PPI I informed dont have any of the above so call ended. 5 Mins later he text asking how old I eas cos I sonded hot & asked for Pics & if im single. reported to trading standards, police & my mobile phone company.

Called my friend saying that she had taken out a loan, morgage, or credit card in the last 10 years and has been mis-sold PPI. She told him she had never had PPI and ended the call.
He then texed her 5 mins later asking her if she was single.
He knew her details which is quite scary.

What a wierdo!

My best advice to anyone is either to report it to the police (who were very helpful) or register with the TPS http://www.tpsonline.org.uk
