It is from the Dispatch unit about a non existent mobile phone upgrade - they want a call to 07580 115545

They are a pest and I am furious that they have got my details from O2

Two calls from this number along with 0870 820 0326. Difficult to hear, jittery message left by company. Thank you for leaving the information regarding this scam company.

Every time I answer I get nothing but silence on the other end. After a minute or so they hang up. Looking at other people's posts here, I suspect these numbers are probably from the Dispatch Unit as I have already had several calls about a mobile phone upgrade. Each time I tell them I'm not interested but they continue to pester me daily!!

I had a call today from this number too, claiming to be o2 but then asked me what phone I had now and how much bills are each month. I said shouldn't they already know that if they are from O2 then said i was too busy and would look at O2 online. Then they hung up! Awful they are allowed to try this on!

I recently cancelled my monthly contract with o2 and am now getting between 3 to 5 calls a day from a series of numbers I do not recognise. They do not leave messages but searching online they may also be Dispatch Unit? I do know that they can only have got my number from o2 which is appalling customer service.

Similar thing. I'm an O2 customer and am being plagued with calls from these numbers, most frequently 07891210795. Evidently O2 have passed on details. I just cancel or ignore the calls.

i had about a million calls too and finally answered and agreed to an upgrade. Company explained they were not oz but a company providing upgrades for o2. they had my details and the correct ones. I was put through to the customer centre once my order was placed and they checked everything over. seemed fine.

Afterwards i telphoned o2 who said they had no record but did use other companies to organise upgrades. O2 however could not inform me if I had just used a legitamit company. advised me to inform them if my phone did not arrive.

two days later and I guess all the order went through because i got a txt from o2 saying 'thanks for staying with us your order has been dispatched'.

I got the phone upgrade one off cost (iphone 5) much cheaper than o2, yet staying with them on my tarriff so.... I reallty cant complain guys.

I know they maybe sound a bit crap on the phone but they dealt with me quickly and I have a new phone upgrade with the company i wanted to upgrade with without having to go into the o2 shop for their staff to tell me 'why do you want the iphone 5' and look in disgust at me and tell me basically its out of stock- i dont know what else you can but check online and if you see we have it run to the shop. tbh i cant stand the customer service in the shop they tend to be very arrogant and yet unaware of how their company works so again- not too bad an experience here everybody!

I've had the same trouble/bother as Lauren posted, a list of missed calls from different mobile numbers through out the day, it's becoming really annoying now.

It's a pity phones don't have a block feature which would prevent calls from certain numbers coming through at all.

Call today from this number.  I answered, no-one spoke back, they disconnected the call.  I got onto this site to check it out.
I am with T-Mobile/Orange so no connection with O2 for me.  Maybe they're branching out?

Same as all you guys except about August started getting daily call from Orange who I've never been with.  Got my upgraded contract phone from an O2 shop about 4 weeks ago then started getting daily calls from these people.  Therefore I don't think they're connected to O2 as such.  I'm registered on TPS and am going to try reporting them that way.  Failing that Police might be interested.  Others I know have reported scam calls like this to the Police and had some success  At least the calls stopped.

Same MO - they call, if you answer they will hang up on you.  If you return the call it directs you to 07580115545 ... which I haven't established yet whether it is a paid for call but most likely it is so probably skimming something off that call.
Prompted me to register with TPS and will prompt me to take further action

yep as above this really is pain in the butt........now just open the call w/o saying anything, hopefully it costs them a call! Has been plaguing me for weeks n weeks........mostly all the above numbers.
Any ideas to stop this annoyance is v welcome!

Hello mate, you can block these sort of numbers, I got a call from these bone heads this afternoon but didn't get bothered because of the software on my phone any unrecognized numbers from coming through.  If you have an android phone just go to google play and download Afirewall, its the best!,

then 020392505041 called an d said they were from About Coms in conjunction with T Mobile about an upgrade

I have been getting calls from these numbers daily and a few times a day.  They've called before about an upgrade and I said no, still continue calling and now I am getting silent calls.  I've called T-mobile who said that it isn't them who are making the calls and they don't recognise the numbers and do not recommend that we take out any contracts with these people.  

They can't help stop the calls so I'm going to have to report to the police and make them aware of this type of harassment/bordering stalkerish activity that is going on.

When I call them back there's a voice message telling you to call 07580 115545 and when you call that they say their agents are busy and you can't leave a message because the inbox is full.  Suspicious.

I am getting plagued every two hours from silent calls from a series of numbers like this. This number is from a data seller obviously obtaining information illegally.

This idiot has obviously stolen people's contact and contract start and end times and they are trying to sell the data off.  He has written:

Had 7 calls in quick succession from this and other mobile numbers. As there was no-one on the first call, I ignored the rest. No messages left. From reading other posts, I'm guessing these are all "nuisance calls".
As with other people posting here, I'm an O2 customer.
