I was happy to go along with it as I was initially told it would be cash on delivery. Then I was emailed saying payment should be made within 24 hours and delivery was scheduled for 48 hours - alarm bells.
There are 10 pages of posts here. This spawn of satan needs to be brought to justice.

- jimbobI can't believe iv just found this page. Found a fridge freezer on gumtree and emailed about it and got a text back from Lisa..s.iph which I thought was strange. Then got the email address LISA75MORGAN@GMAIL.COM as a contact and I emailed it askin a few questions about the fridge. Dint really answer any of my questions in the reply but she said shed drop it offas she was goin to her mums anyway that day. I asked my questions again and then got a another email ignoring my questions and saying that shed have it delivered for free as it was a perk of her job and that parcel force would wait while I tested it out and if it didn't work they would take it back (as if). The last email I got also had some link to a fake google+ profile where you can see pics of her and family (fake). Don't know what can be done about it but I will be reporting it too.
- Stephanie BroughI have had the same experience with this add on Gumtree:
http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/painted-sha ... robe/1004005250
I have just reported the add to save other folk falling for it too!
I was really sucked in by the convincing emails of the 'business womans hectic lifestyle and company benefits' - thank god I Googled Ukash voucher as I was stood outside the shop about to purchase the vouchers!!!
I can't help thinking 'what if that had been my mum/nan etc'.
It is very cruel and I couldn't help but give 'Lisa' a piece of my mind as soon as I found out - she needs to think about actually getting a real job instead of conning innocent people all day long.
I am so thankful for everyone who has posted about this - you saved me from becoming a victim :-)- Caller: Gumtree
- Gaz Poole| 2 repliesDoes anyone know if there's any shot of getting your money back on a claimed voucher?
- david| 1 replyshe calls herself Lisa Morgan now, she was selling some makitta drills on gum tree.I smelt a rat when she wanted a ukash voucher, which i had never heard of before tonight, which led me to this forum, thank you all the post you saved me losing £130.
here is the last email i received.
I've received a copy of the payment instructions. They do indeed take payments in cash but not directly because drivers apparently aren't allowed to receive cash in hand. It seems you'll have to use cash or debit/credit card to buy an voucher from a local shop/supermarket or newsagent that has the PAYPOINT sign. You'll need to scan the voucher or take a close-up picture using your mobile phone and reply with it to the email from parcelforce. Also keep the voucher/s receipt for the driver who will verify it, nothing simpler :)
Here paypoint you can find the nearest shop and ask for UKASH voucher. From what I understand the shopkeeper will add 20% VAT if you pay an invoice therefore if you'd buy the voucher for poker or betting website you won't pay the VAT.
Hope this helps,
Lisa. - david replies to Gaz Pooleif you paid by credit card you are protected by fraud,
- david replies to Gaz PooleSorry you are protected from fraud if you use your credit card. just google it.

Hi ,
Don't know if it's been long since you've emailed, I've been out so couldn't follow up on my text message. Can't promise anything but visiting my mum shortly, wouldn't mind making a drop off :)
If you'll send me your postcode I can check out on my satnav the distance to yours.
Reasonable price and accurate description, it's worth the money, no bad surprises. I won't go any lower.
Can be reached on 07425620661 low signal strength area :( but check emails regularly.
Ta,
Lisa.
P.S. Will let you know before heading out, cash only please.
i will NEVER USE GUMTREE AGAIN !!! - ChrisI nearly got dun with same emails on gumtree but by a KATIE PORTER so watch out for her !!!
- Paul Chapman| 3 repliesI understand from a different thread that 'Lisa' operates from Belgium. Have reported two dodgy ads to Gumtree and they have been removed. The common denominator that is used is a map location on Gumtree that shows 'she' lives on an industrial estate - eg the postcode never relates to a traceable house.Whoever he or she (or they) are I hope the scammed money causes them grief somehow (not very charitable but hey ho)
- Kate83 replies to Paul Chapman| 2 repliesHi, just adding another name to the Parcelforce scam on Gumtree. The email is amanda78turner@gmail.com and they seem to use exactly the same technique i.e. free courier as work benefits and UKASH voucher as a payment although previusly stated that payment on delivery will be possible. The ad is still on gumtree (I will report it but just in case it takes a long time to remove it I thought I will write here) and it is a John Lewis corner sofa bed for 250 pounds. An old ad and great price but still I got an answer that it hasn't been sold?! I know, altogether with free delivery makes you think (or at leas should) too good to be true! And it is. BEWARE
- haydn samuels replies to d black| 1 replyHi Amanda turner email amanda78turner@Gmail.com is yet another aleies dm5 drums
I suspected something was not right so played the game seeing were it went and indeed was sent instructions to buy ukash voucher and a false email supposedly from parcel force to send scan or picture of voucher. - Learning Fast replies to haydn samuelsJust to ad that details of how to try to request a refund from Ukash on this thread
