This Number is British Gas . It is supposed to be a none urgent call and they will keep calling until they speak to you. The number to opt out of these calls is 0800 072 4150 it is automated. You have to leave your name and  address and the telephone number they have called and it can take up to 28 days for it to stop.Hope this is helpfull to you and anyone else that is receiving these calls.

Its british gas. Get calls at least once a month, since I started my boiler cover with them. They keep trying to sell me other products they have, even through I keep say I don't need them they still ring. So glad I gave them my mobile number and not my landline, so now everytime I see there call I just cancel it, see if that works

They have asked for British Gas account holder. I do NOT have n account with British Gas. I have barred this number now!

I hate British Gas, I do not have an account with them, but I do have an old debt with them, so I will be ignoring this and future calls from this number

08000727732 keeps phoning me on my mobile.. I never ever dealt with British Gas. ....ever. They say they are BG. But The gent I spoke to was quite rude. I told him to go away, but quite as I write that....you know...go forth and multiply.....lol . He wouldn't end the call so I put my mobile down and  left him...then gave him a very high pitched whistle...Hahhaha ! .....that got rid of him.

When will these animals stop this scamming...I hate these human beings...No animal does this...humans are becoming intolerable.

Must be one of your sales team that is calling me at work on a daily basis, as when I enter the number they have been calling I get the following:-

I am receiving about 8 calls a day from this company. I am really sick of it and would like them to stop contacting me

Ugggh I've been getting these calls from British Gas for months,and lately it's a lot more and it's p*ssing me off. Every morning (when I'm asleep) they ring me. I still live with my mum so f*ck knows why they want to speak to me as its all in.my mums name. Hate them so much!

They called for me but my wife answered told them to do one, and send anything future to email / written form.  Feel sorry for the monkeys, woman had a ( "rough voice" ) that have to push buttons to earn their peanuts for these 'Fat Cats'.

If it's British Gas, their message isn't getting through... the call I received was completely silent. I said "hello?" twice then it hung up. Quite annoying.

I would have thought British Gas would have better ways of spending customers money , they could give a better service to their customers and even bring down prices with the money saved

Yes, it's British Gas. As I'm transferring an account with them this week I thought it might have been that.

It wasn't - I rang back, got a recorded message, rang the accounts people, no record of this number on my account and nothing to action.

So there was no reason for them to ring me. I didn't even hear them speak when I answered.

British Gas's UK-based people are generally great!

They British gas are a pain in the [***] fed up they ring twice a day.
Why do they not get the message i do not want to speak to them.

They keep calling from this number, it is slient until you speak to them, meaning it is an AUTO DIALLER and has zero links to any account whether you are a BG customer or not.  DO NOT ANSWER, easiest to block the call.  If British GAs has something urgent to tell you, they will call your home number and post a letter.  My husband works there and he cannot remove this.
IGNORE OR BLOCK the number.

Got call yesterday spoke to an Irishman who said he was from British gas and it was a thank you as been a loyal customer and they would like to send someone from there company if I had a problem with my boiler of course at a price,I then put phone down but they are back on phone again today

do what I did when someone is on the other end of the call just say hello this is british gas fraud prevention team how may I help you. they soon vanish quick
