Telegen UK Ltd is a reputable company that is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and is fully compliant with the DMA Telemarketing rules and OFCOM Regulations. Telegen also subscribe to the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and screen calling lists against the TPS to remove registered numbers. However some clients provide us with data lists that have occasionally been collected on partners’ websites whereby people have given their number in a competition or survey and requested a call, therefore these numbers do not require screening against TPS as these people have given their permission to be called (As they have requested a call by giving their number we cannot screen them against TPS, otherwise they would not get the call they had requested). Recieved a phone call from the above number, it's a company called
DTD European Services.
Part of www.euro chance 100.co.uk.
Lottery syndicate.- Caller: DTD European Services
- GEEKS LIKE US!!! (In Cumbria)I received a call today from a charming telesales man representing DTD European Services. If I was to be perfectly honest I was contemplating a flutter.
However due to the comments of eurochance seller above I will not join. If you (eurochance seller) represent or are attached to Eurochance100 in any way I find you lack comments candor and leaves serious doubts as to the efficacy of your company!
Yes the company is registered at companies house with an 'Exemption Too Small' which is usually reserved for Charity / Syndicate and has a valid VAT number.
In the TERMS & CONDITIONS:
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
Our obligation to make payments to you is dependent upon our receiving the corresponding proceeds. If we do not receive proceeds for any reason that does not arise from our negligence or other fault, then we will have no obligation to make any payments to you in connection with those proceeds.
If:
we do not receive proceeds (and hence do not make payments to you in connection with those proceeds) because of any negligence or other fault by us or by any person acting on our behalf; or
if you suffer any other loss or damage because of any other failure by us to comply with these terms or because of any negligence or other fault by us or by any person acting on our behalf,
then our maximum liability to you for each claim (or series of connected claims) arising as a result is limited to ten times the monthly membership fee in force at the time the claim (or first in the series of claims) arises.
This limit does not apply in respect of any liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud. Our liability for those types of loss is unlimited.
(The above is an extract from the full terms and conditions on eurochance100.co.uk)
As a MEMBER you are required to pay a MEMBERSHIP of £11 per week (£44 per month)for the: -
SERVICES PROVIDED by DTD EUROPEAN SERVICES LTD
times this by 100 Members = £4400 per month.
Number of lines (boards) played per week 208 at £1.50 each = £312 per week (£1248 per month)
£4400 per month total membership (minus) - £1248 per month total syndicate outlay! (832 Lines)
(5p a line to you yes but remember you share any winnings with 99 others / Remember 30 people all with 5p could play 1 line)
£3152 Administration Costs for DTD European Services Ltd (Thank You Very Much)
A few of things you should ask yourself: -
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE SYNDICATE?
WHO ARE THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SYNDICATE?
IS THIS REALLY A SYNDICATE OR MEMBERS CLUB?
IS THE SYNDICATE REGISTERED WITH THE NATIONAL LOTTERY?
WHAT WOULD STOP SOMEONE WALKING AWAY WITH ALL THE WINNINGS IF FOR INSTANCE £50M WAS WON?
Take note on this last question if you look at the Terms & Conditions above
(OUR LIABILITY TO YOU)
"if you suffer any other loss or damage because of any other failure by us to comply with these terms or because of any negligence or other fault by us or by any person acting on our behalf,
then our maximum liability to you for each claim (or series of connected claims) arising as a result is limited to ten times the monthly membership fee in force at the time the claim (or first in the series of claims) arises."
The maximum you as an individual could claim is £440 x 100 people = £44,000
£50,000,000 minus - £44000 = £49,956.000 (Thank you very much once again!)
The "High Quota System" may very well work but more than likely will not, that's why it's called a lottery!!
Get 100 people together and spend the same outlay of £11 per week each, Putting all the money on Euro Lottery tickets at £1.50 each would give you 2101 more chances to win and reasons not to give your money away.
Like someone said earlier in the thread "If it sounds to good to be true, It usually is".
TELEGEN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!- Caller: DTD European Services Ltd /Eurochance100
- A fit and prper personWell.... To be quite frank it doesn't have to be all smoke and mirrors. A lot of the time its just about conveying the options avaliable, which you would assume to be a fairly natural and informative thing to do, however ...
One thing is for sure you don't see any posts from any of the people that HAVE won on here.
Hmmmm I wonder what they are doing? - michelle jonesi had a call and as u lot did i gave my bank details ive won 5pound since joining in june i also got my haggle card and was told id be in for a audi tt i dont kw what to think of it all any one still doing the eurochance now what do u think????
- LarryThese guys are cons. i checked they're company credit report and they have no money. they are going bust so stay away!!! They won't tell you anything over the phone. i have had to do my own checks and they are not based where the y say they are either!

- DanReceived call regarding entering a competition to win a car or trip to Dubai. Wanted e-mail address. Refused to give information. Said the company, DTD European Services, was based in London but he was calling from Brighton office.
- Caller: DTD European Services
- NIcFell for it hook and line -stupid and knew about it too. Need to contact my bank now.
- Caller: eurochance100
- HarryI used to work for a call centre selling IT products and our head office was based in London. I was working in a call centre in Manchester! Just because the Call centre is not based in the head office doesn't mean the company is bad. If the agent on the phone is prepared to give you a contact number and a VAT registration number! Then you know they are a legitimate company! If you have any concerns, Always ask for the VAT reg Number and coorporation number before giving out any details!
- anne| 1 replythis company has been trying to take monthly payments out of my bank account although payments were cancelled 3 months ago!!! I HAVE NOW RECEIVED CHARGES TO THE VALUE OF 175 POUNDS AND CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO MAKE SURE THIS DOSENT HAPPEN AGAIN AND TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU
- Ray| 1 replyI think its important not to get too carried away with all the hysteria i am reading here I have worked for the company for over 12 months, its true to say that it does increase your chances of winnings as 208 tickets is better then 1 or 2 if your syndicate wins say £40 million im sure youd be happy with your share of £400,000 remember the people we contact are primarily people who enter their details on gaming or competition websites, nobody holds a gun to your head and forces them to do this at all times people who are interested and subsequently want to give it a miss, need only cancel their DD with the bank to end there membership i think everyone should just calm down a wee bit
- the monitorRoger Clark posted a comment on the 7th Jan it is obvious you are a [***]
- MabelI stupidly gave my account details to the same eurochance thinking it was just for the draws for the audi not knowing I was financing scammers I felt so foolish when I noticed they had withdrawn from £44 from my account,I have written them to cancel the so called membership its really very painful can anyone tell me how to stop them from further withdrawal??? This is an SOS
