Keeps ringing and hanging up when I answer

This outfit call relentlessly but never leave a message. Scum marketing mob.

Every evening for the past 6 days just before 6pm, it's enough to drive me nuts, I answer the phone and they hang up

its driving me up the wall.
its been ringing me all the time

its annoying its really unfair when i anwer and then watse my own money

its rings you at silly times

if you have little children its unfair on them picking up the phone and no one
there

This number keeps calling me ll the time too.  It's got to the point that I am nowing paying for the choose to refuse service to stop the calls.  tried calling it and it just rings and rings. Nightmare!

Whilst setting up my chhose to refuse on the 08002800968 number, the actual number callin me is 01702303555.  Do not have a clue who this is callling me all the time, but now that number has been barred on my phone.

The same story... keeps calling me every day, leaves no message. I tried to call back, no one answers the phone. Really annoying.

this 08002800968 is pissing me off so i hope the person who is doing it will stop. and if this carrys on i will be taking leagal action

The call is from a company called uk finance, they call you and try to offer you a loan.

They called me today and tried to offer me a loan so i know its definately these people.

I am not sure it is the UK Finance company you mention. The number 08002800968 pesters me every day several times between 6pm and 7pm, usual 'no one there' when you pick up.

I traced the number to an online gambling firm called Play2Up. Find it at www.play2up.co.uk. Also known as Play6Up which is a betting site for cricket. So if you find its another Company, that's even more worrying.

Worse still, both sites seem to be an offshoot of Virgin - so I would be very interested to know if everyone getting these nuisance calls is a Virgin customer in one form or other.

i rang company back and it is that 2up thing i am virgin customer so will have something to do with them pain in the [***] i get  it all the time aswell just had to pay 20 to change number but if its to do with virgin it will just keep happening anyway

this number is a huge pain in my life ringing all the time, house phone & mobile they even rang me at 03.09 this morning, & approx 4 times during the day, they are doing my head in, what sort of people ring you at that time of the morning.If i ever get to speak to anyone god help them because my language will be very blue,

Oh no, Just started getting this number call my mobile.  Hangs up when I answer ???.  When I Googled the number I found this page.  The only thing I did the day before was apply for a loan on the net.  I will also take leagal action if they keep pestering me...

This number is calling me all day 4 to 5 times or more often! It`s annoing!!!!

God they keep texting me aswell, all I did was look for a quote for a loan online !! how can I make it stop!?!?
