Just called landline, no message left.

I just got a call on my mobile, no message left.  I returned the call (cost me 14p/min)...  recorded message states 'you were called by Domestic and General Insurance on behalf of Sky.'   The recording also states they may call back.

Got a call on Monday didn't answer it, then they called again today asking to speak to my husband. I asked who was calling, Sky Viewing (Domestic & General). I said if you are selling insurance, forget it. Still want to speak to my husband, just won't answer phone now......Why do Sky keep changing their numbers, is it to catch us all out!!!

Rude, arrogent, refused to give info why they were calling, I was not the person they asked for.  She did not know who I was.   She became very aggressive, when I roared at her that she was never going to speak to the person she asked for because she could not get past me.   Awful, just awful.

Just got call on landline, didn't know number so didn't answer, no message left. Glad I didn't answer after seeing the above. Thank you for the postings

understand it is sky, they are being a nusance useing different numbers, will be canceling my sky package next month they lost a good customer because of it.

I had a silent call from 08004790758. It is a shame that it was a silent call, I like to tell them that the person they are after is just in the garden and I will give them a shout. I put them on speaker phone and wait to see how long they hold out before finally giving up. If they can waste my time, I can waste their time.

This number called my landline but left no message on the machine, I do not answer the phone if I do not know the number,  after looking on here to find the number belonged to Domestic and General Insurance (SKY). I rang it back to ask them to remove me from their calling list, and got an automated system recording telling me to ring  0800 083 1747 to be removed from the list, which I did and was told my number has been removed from the list but I could still receive calls for the next 30 days.

Very strange I have sky providing my land line and broadband and got a call on my mobile from this number. Sky have never been given my mobile number. Don't trust these people.

Just had a call from Domestic and General on behalf of SKY.  He said i sounded busy and would call back another time.  Not sure what insurance has to do with SKY, guess i'll find out soon.  I do have tv, internet and talk with them and a new landline number - only 2 people know this.  Daz - it sounds like you may work at a call centre (smile) or do not own a phone/no nuisance calls.....

I get at least weekly calls from this number, which I do not answer. Wouldn't surprise me if it was SKY.

Call from this number tonight - no-one on other end - yet another silent call - suppose will be inundated know until they finally get through to try and cold sell

Domestic and General Household insurance for Sky - telling me I now own my Sky equipment and would I like to pay £8 for the insurance on it? as i pay a lot for my Sky package already, I haven't taken it. The guy also sounded like he was walking about outside somewhere. 5 phone calls in 5 days as well, hopefully it will stop now.

They call all the time, Sky Domestic and General Household insurance...I was in the middle of preparing dinner and I was quite short with the woman on the phone, she then said 'I can tell you are not in the mood to talk to me, I'll call you back' and then hung up...now I have endless calls...very irritating!

My parents took out Domestic and General Insurance a couple of years ago because they told them they represented SKY. They had a problem and called them out, it took 6 weeks of never ending phone calls to get them to come out, when my parents phoned SKY to complain about their insurance firm they said that Domestic and General are nothing to do with SKY and SKY does not sell insurance, nor do they have Domestic and General selling on their behalf.

This number keeps calling me now 4 the past 2 months its doing my head in.. When I have answered the people r so rude, now I've given up arguing wid them to stop ringing my phone all the hours they want but they've not stopped yet. Hopefully they do.
