Just had a call from an Asian chap called Robert from 'help4pc' to assist me with my PC problems, when I asked what company he was from he kept saying 'help4pc' who deal with all pc's and work with microsoft.  He asked me to go to my PC and he would help with my security issues, I asked him for a number to call him back on after I had checked out the company and he gave me the 0800 number.
Decided to do this as I am sick of these guys calling, they even call my mother in law who does not own a computer

I made the mistake of calling them to check my computer for any viruses. After a brief scan they said I had a Trojan invasion and I had many files corrupted. They would clean them for $29.50 for each file. Upon a scan by an honest outfit  It turned out I had no viruses of any kind. Help4PC is a crooked company run by liars and scam artists. Just try to get a name or a number or e mail address for a 'real' person on their web site and you will never get one. Good luck and beware of these crooks and liars.
