    Just had a SMS message on my landline giving the name BTR and sorry you are leaving us, then inviting to ring re any cancellation charges. Don't know BTR and have never had any dealings so will ignore the message.

    I don't know what Leki is talking about because I had this 'text to speech' call today, and when I went straight to BT to check with them, they told me this was not their number!  Is Leki from the company making these calls?!
