It's "LBM Direct Marketing". Such a pain.... There is no way to call the number back and when they call they refuse to identify themselves and just hang up when I request information.

bloke felt it more important to talk to me despite fact that I said I had dinner on stove. Obviously trying to sell me something I don't want is priorty to my house burning down!!

Well - they just rang me and then hung up when I answered....not quite sure what the point is...???  Do they have to make so many calls a day to fulfill their quota??!

Keep getting these calls at my work asking to talk to the director. I've gotten so frustrated i asked them to hold the line and kept them there for 10 minutes then basically turned the phone call into a prank by pretending to be different people. The girl on the other end was so confused by everything at the end i think she forgot she was trying to sell me a credit card! I get so annoyed with these calls wasting my time that i decided to waste theres!

I'm very annoyed at these phone calls I'm receiving at my work it's very stressful to me and my clients having to leave clients constantly!!!!!! Get a life and real bloody job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, anyway of stopping these calls, they come through at anytime. Should be something that can be done

They have rung me on numerous occasions and i don't pick up the phone, DON'T THEY GET THE MESSAGE. No one wants to be sold or to listen to anything they have to say.

I kept getting 2 to 3 calls over past week and first time i answered no one was there.

Then every morning and early evening a few time.  Then 1 call at about 3 am uk time woke me up. Another night at 1 20 am.

As I have relative in hospital i expect calls at anytime, but  these stupid marketing companies are unethical and harassing. They should be closed down by trading standards or ofcom.

They've been ringing my friend over and over every day but we never get their call.

I called the number back to see who it was and they gave me this number to call to stop the calls. I have just tried it coz am fed up with them calling and waking baby up! 0800 0136675 - worth a try I think.

These people phoned me asking for a MR Blu no such person lives here as im a single person

I've had the same annoying phone calls for months now! gets pretty annoying! no one is ever on the end of the line? i don't understand what they are doing? lol

Like a comment above, I do not answer the number and yet they still ring on a daily basis!  When will these people get the message, we do not wish to speak to them!!!

I used to work for them (actually re-applying soon), it's not that they keep calling you specifically, how it works is...

A loada phone numbers with names attached to them get put into the dialling system, and it dials numbers automatically, kinda like a lottery draw, and as soon as the phone is answered, any available employee gets the phone call.

They're not privvy to which numbers get called, unless they opt to dial manually, which only ever occurs when a callback has been specifically requested. So basically, it's not the person on the other end of the phone dialling you, it's a computer.

Also, I don't like the company, they tend to screw their employees about (one of the reasons I'm not looking forward to going back) but I can vouch for them in that they are a legitimate business, and they do offer legit products, working on behalf of companies such as Vodafone, O2, More Than, etc. They're practically a chain of call centres that other companies can use to do work for them, kinda like how an agency sends workers to factories and warehouses.

As for getting your details removed, all you have to do is call them back (it's a free phone number), and there will be an automated message detailing how to (apparently it's just a straight-forward phone call). Alternatively, when speaking on the phone, you can request to be removed from the calling list or to remove marketing consent, which will not only remove all your details from LBM, but also remove your details from their clients database too (eg "Remove from Call List" removes your number from LBM, "Remove Marketing Consent" removes all your details from LBM and More Than)

Please though, I must ask that you be polite on the phone, because although I know it's annoying getting called umpteen million times a week, it isn't the actual staff who're calling you, and they're practically answering the phone too, and - unless you've worked in a call centre before - I'm pretty sure you have no idea just how stressful and monotonous it can be (try talking to 200 disgruntled people a day!) Plus, the person on the other end will be a lot more willing to help if you're nice to them, and you've no idea how much a happy non-customer can brighten up their day!
