    Incoming call, Screened via ansperphone, and hungup after they heared a voice mail system.

    I called the number back, and it was a dead number!!!! - This means that they have a virtual call center that is capable of sending out a number ID. To do this they must have a deal with BT Openreach.

    Dont know who they are, but the outbound number is clearly a typo lol

    This number called x4 times in 10mins.  When confronted, the third called did not know about the other callers.  Seems to be a "survey" relating to "government energy survey ??".  clearly a scam and a jolly nuisance !
