This is what I got when I called it back.

I received a phone call from this number also. However, I don't normally answer the phone unless I know who is calling me so I didn't pick it up.

i got a call from this number the first time today at 9.33 !i dunno who that is!im so sick of these unknown numbers calling me!but i dont pick up unless i know the caller

You only had one call today? lol lucky you, I've just received my 8th of the day, i'm the same only answer to numbers i know! This is starting to annoy me...grr!

13 calls from 10:45 to 15:34 today, loads last week too. Also had calls from unknown nubers in between. Think i might bite the bullet and answer tomorrow. Will post the outcome on here.

its been so many times, i got call from 08009121698 and they told me its lottry euro 100. m not sure but they took my account number of my bank and they wnat to do direct debit from my account coming march 2008.

This is now the 2nd week of a call every 30 mins from 9am to 4pm. Mon-Frid. sometimes rings so short it's stopped b4 I can get the phone , if I do get to answer it it goes dead.Can nothing be done to stop this, it is sheer harassment.Looks like the old press 9 scam is back.Had a call from an american voice telling me I had won a holiday to Bahamas or Mexico & press 9 for my choice.! Would no more do this than give my bank details to anyone.

Yh I have got about 10 calls in the past 3 days from 08009121698 , i dont normally wake up till bout 2 but this idiot has rang me every day so early in the morning. And this number started calling me once 08000927201 has stopped ringing me about 30 times in 4 days. Its really annoying.

I received a call from this number and they said that I've won someyhing about Euromillions...They asked me my bank account and that I would only start to pay on March...my battery went down and I gave them nothing but I guess they will try again..what is this??

I got exactly the same thing yesterday, and the same with me jay, i entered the audi tt competition and then they asked me something about the lottery then for my account and sort code - i was like EH NO! and then he wanted to know if i would change my mind!!!!

I'm having constant calls from this number, when i picked up the first time they told me i'd entered level 2 of some grand prize, it was then they where trying to sell me some kind of bullsh*t insurance from some company i'd never heard of, after they seemed very keen to get my bank details! i told them not interested but i still been having constant call from this number i just don't answer now

I've been getting phone calls from this company too. I rang them on the landline and it's a company called Telogen but if you press 2 then you can get your mobile off the marketing list. Don't know if it'll work, but hopefully no more phone calls! Hope this helps!

Been getting calls from this number and 080000927201. Not bothering to answer but considering asking for the name and address and lots of personal details from the caller and saying that if I hear from them again I will use the Harrassment Act against them personally.  

Protection from Harassment Act 1997 makes it a criminal offence to pursue a course of conduct, which amounts to harassment of a person. This Act also creates a civil statutory tort of harassment, which enables a person to obtain a civil court injunction to stop harassment occurring and to claim damages where appropriate. This is a very important piece of legislation which can potentially provide protection in neighbourhood disputes, cases of racial harassment, bullying at work, confrontation with the media or stalking, as well as hate mail and persistent unwanted telephone calls.

Harassment is not defined in the Protection from Harassment Act and so it will be a matter for assessment based on each case. It has been established that publication of a series of newspaper articles by a newspaper can constitute a course of conduct amounting to harassment. However, there must be a course of conduct in order to bring a claim. This means that there must be at least two incidents representing harassment - i.e. more than one telephone call - and the person who is carrying out the harassment must know or ought to know that it would amount to harassment. Although that is to be assessed objectively so that persons with psychiatric illnesses will not be excluded from the effect of the Act merely because they did not think that their behaviour would amount to harassment.

Just answered this call, had received about 20 calls in the last week. It starts off by mentioning the Audi TT draw. I entered this thru one of those free competition sites a few weeks ago. Then she trys to sell you 250 Euro millions lottery syndicate tickets at a knock down price of 5p each, at a weekly cost of £9, guaranteing you will get the two lucky stars. if you get 1 number and two lucky stars you will be lucky to get your £9 back, and the prize will be shared amongst who knows how many!!
