I am about to "retire" from doing this research, so before I go, I'll just bring you up to date on the Telegen call-centre affair. They currently appear to have sixteen numbers from which they do their business. Here they are, with the names of the companies they claim to represent.
08000 520029 Eurochance100
08000 927200 ?
08000 927201 A "blue chip" client. Has been used for Planet49 and Eurochance100 - gambling.
08000 927202 London Drivetime - a school for would-be driving instructors
08000 927203 Telegraph Media Group

08009 121695 AXA
08009 121696 Virgin Atlantic
08009 121697 This number appears not to be in use at the moment
08009 121698 "A blue chip client" is what they say. Actually it's Eurochance100.
08009 121699 This number appears not to be in use at the moment
08009 121698 "A blue chip" client". Probably Eurochance100.
01273 344100 is their Head office in Brighton, though it seems that you won't get far with complaints to them. For really good research, type in 08009121695, navigate to page 6 and read what Edmund has written. Finally, keep complaining online to OFCOM. I am sure that if they are contacted enough times they will do something to get the public off their backs!
Best wishes to all
