they are ringing my mobile up to 10 days every day, i wont answer it, how do i stop them from ringing my mobile, they are driving me mad!

they rang me earlier..i got a missed call. glad i didnt answer them then.

We have had 20 - yes twenty - calls in the last three weeks.  It's that Telegen firm. We have called them back and they said to press 1 to take them off their list. We pressed it but the calls still come.  Now we are going to report it to ofcom.  Has anyone any other ideas on how to stop these pests please?

calls during work hours pick up and there is no answer sometimes 2-3 times a day usually 2-3 times a week for last 4 weeks - would at least like to know who it is

hey i got that call yesterday as well. and stupidly i gave my sort code and account number. is that possible for them to take money out only with that information from my account????

Is it a scam or are they an actual company that like to pester people?

I just received a phone call from these guys asking me to pay £44 a month for my lottery tickets. I foolishly gave my account number and sort code. I was very aprehensive but the lad said that because I didn't give him the card number or security code on the back they have no access to our actual accounts. I'm not so sure now though after reading all these "scam" comments. The first payment is due out on the 1st June and you have to stick with them for 3 month, if i haven't won anything after 3 month I'll be cancelling me membership with them.

Actually convinced me into giving my bank details what an idiot hope i have acted in time to stop the rot closed bank accounts and put password blocks on credit applications

yeh, I just got 2 missed calls from them this morning, glad I didn't answer them either.

guys i just had a call too and like an idiot i gave them my account details, (sort code and account number) are they fraudsters, im confused!!

I'm getting the annoying phone call to, i would like it to stop asap!!!!

i gave been havin phone calls of this number for the past 3 weeks at least 4 times a day. My friends and relatives have told me not to answer as it may be a telephone line that takes your credit when you answer even if you have none and then when you next top up it will charge you for the call. its really irritating me now and needs to be stoped!

they have called me constantly for the past week. at one point i declined the call, and within seconds they were calling again. i havent answered yet, and i dont intend to. but this is getting ridiculous, i hope it stops soon. i dont recall giving my mobile number out lately. and this is a new phone. if it doesnt  stop i think i will have to change my number. unless anyone knows how to block numbers on a mobile?

ok, so ive gave them my account details, money is coming out june 1st.  they said i can still cancel it, but i have to send a letter to them, signed by me to cancel it. but where! i have no address to send the cancellation letter. they said they would send me email conformation of my account.  ive had no emails from them, which they said i would!!  so i dont even have their phone number or company name!!!   o dear

We had a few calls from this number and spoke to them.  We almost got involved, but something didn't feel right about it. We opted out out of it before we had given them any card details then we checked on the internet and found this site.  They keep ringing and now we ignore them. I think we have had a lucky escape.

We are still wondering how they got our number - we are ex-directory and on TPS.

Have been getting repeated calls from this 0800 number and is driving me mad as no one picks up when I answer. I will be reporting to Offcom!

I have been receiving calls from this number since last Thursday (8th May). I get about three a day, the phone rings 3 times and then ends. If I answer there is no one there.
