dont call me again, I would like for them to be continually phoned,or maybe take a more direct route!!!!

LBM is based on the Atlantic Street business park in Altrincham. I've know people who've worked there and they all say that, that company has no ethics so don't expect any stop request to work. I'd personally go for wasting as much of their time as possible before saying you're not interested.

I also had this number call me . I placed an order and have recieved my new phone . I check the progress with o2 and all is ok . Its not a scam your right.

This company calls me several times daily including Sundays.

Called saying they were O2. I was convinced as they had all of my details, including direct debit instructions!

These people have been calling me virtually everyday for a week but I have never answered. I didn't recognise the number the first time they called so Googled the number. Put straight onto reject list.

Called claiming to be from O2. Blathered on about contracts and paying roaming charges when abroad. Annoying! Blocked

Keeps ringing but I don't answer

Missed Call (fortunately for them) from this number at 15:13 today. If I WANTED a new phone, or to change my Contract, I'd do it myself without help, thanks. Now Sod Off.

Had a call from this number saying there were 02, seemed like a pleasent women I spoke offering me a ipad at a discount price because I been a loyal customer, nothing wrong with them ringing don't know why people been bitching

they are constantly calling O2 customers numbers. They are not a genuine company of O2 . I would like to report them as they keep disturbing my mum and I.

0800 952 4874 (LBM) has annoyingly been calling me 4 or 5 times a day now for the last 10 days, never leave a message

Nuisance call.  Rang twice and rang off

I had 2 calls from the same number. I checked on the Internet as I did not recognise the number. After reading that it was THIS number and they were trying to scam I deleted the number. They then rang back and said they were ringing from O2 to ask me how my contract was going. ( I had moved from O2 more than 2 weeks previously). He then asked me if I wanted to move back as he had and I quote "loads of new offers for me". O2 knew I had moved and had already offered me offers off their legitimate number. I already knew it was a scam but had I not known the fact he spoke very casually and it sounded like he was calling from a bus stop. Highly suspect.

i have worked in so many call centres. Do you really think when they have sales targets to meet that they sit manually dialling numbers all day?! Lol the numbers are automatically generated through the computer. You can't even see who or the number you are calling until the phone is answered which is why there is sometimes a lag between you answering the call and the caller saying hello. If you do claim however that they have rang you 40 times in a week, they can check how many times that number has been called over the last year and most likely tell you you are full of [***] because people 99% of the time completely over exaggerate the amount of times they receive "nuisance" calls from the same person. At the end of the day they will be trying to save you money and if you don't want it then you don't want it.

I had the same but gave no info!!! Why would they need to do some checks if they are calling me!!!!

this number 08009524874 just rang me said they were 02 and had a better deal for me,i asked well what deal am I on already and he kept saying I cant answer that my computers down, I told him I have no time and will contact 02 myself when ready he hung up sharpish. so glad I checked here thanx
