this mumber keeps on ringing my mobile and i don't want to answer it but i thought after me not responding for the third time they would have given up but obviously not.

0808000133 This number called me then rang off. I would like to find out who they are and if there is a premium charge made if I called back.

I've had the call 3 times today. When I answer music plays to me kinda like when you're on hold. I think this is scam as john farmer says a premium call to ring back out of curiosity. Bloody [***]*ers!

I am getting this number and one similar ending in 1414 calling me about 8 - 10 times a day. if it was important they would leave a messgae!! Obviously a SCAM, beware!

why ring and then hang up. whoever this is has plenty of credit and is also in my opinion a complete dick.

Its Vodafone. They called me from that number to give me a cancellation date for my contract.

I'm with Vodafone and have been getting the same 0808000133 number call me.  I phoned Vodafone from my handset and they said this wasn't one of their numbers.  The recorded 'Vodafone' message you here when you call the number back and the number it gives are all fake. Beware this is a scam!

I cancelled my contract with vodafone on the weekend, for a contract with o2's I phone.  I have also received calls every couple of hours & no message left.  I did answer the first call but all I received was silence so I hung up, nervous that my number had just been scammed - you can't tell.  Just had another call, think I'm going to have phone vodafone.  Worse case scenario I take the new O2 number & not transfer this old vodafone number so that thye can't keep harrassing me!!

I asked for a PAC yesterday from Vodafone and have had calls twice from this no.  Missed one (no message), picked up the other to get silence, so hung up and found this site on the web!

Yes I'm getting the same thing today.
I just cancelled my contract after using Vodafone straight for the last ten years.
I get called from 08080000133 and the phone just rings off when I answer.

Well if they think that this is reasonable behaviour after someone leaves their service having paid a small fortune for it over the years, then I am certainly not impressed. That is one way to make sure customers like me do not come back!!!

(p.s. On mentioning moving over to the iPhone I was fed some complete horsesh*t about Apple not ever making a better iPhone than the current one!! :o Apparently the Vodafone monkey has 'insider information' from a magazine I can never read on things that even Apple staff are not being told! This kind of crap really does piss me right off.) :{)

vodafone contacted me from this number today and asked if I wanted to proceed with a contract with them. I said yes and they told me to wait for some text msgs to follow the instruction but I didn't receive any msgs. what does it mean? was it really vodafone company or someone is using their name? do i have to be worried about my bank account?

Keep getting calls from this number also if I answer it there is no answer at the other end.

Got a call from this number today, when answered was asked if I would answer a few questions about my voda account. When I said certainly not the response was "fair enough" followed by a swift hang up from their side

this is just a outbound dialler number, we use this line to contact customer with various issue's like high spend, cancelation of accounts and upgrades, this is a free number to call, there is no scam involved
