hi, i am repeatedly getting phone calls from this number.

same i keep on getting calls of this number i manged to answer it once and i said hello but no response also when u call them they say you get charged i will try to find out who it is!!

still getting nuisance calls from this number, when I answer it rings off. I signed up to the Telephone Preference Service some years ago and shouldn't be getting these junk/cold calls:

You have heard of chuggers (charity muggers) - people with clipboards in the street who try to get you to sign up to various charities, giving your bank details etc to total strangers. Well, these unauthorised callers should be called phuggers (phone muggers)

Sometimes to avoid the TPS who put you on a list that is not be junk-called within the UK, they will phone from India or even from the USA who may send recorded voices. You can tell it is a recording by the hesitation before the tape runs so there is time enough to slam the phone down. Sometimes it sometimes effective to tell the junk/cold-caller to clear off in strong language or tell them they are wasting their time for no one but a fool is going to buy something from an unseen stranger.

So down with the phuggers!

It's Vodafone - It's also not a recorded message, here's how it works....

The phone monkeys software dials multiple numbers BEFORE they finish their existing call, when one person from the many called answers their phone, they are then placed on hold. When the phone monkey finishes their existing call, assuming that you haven't slammed the phone down, they are then connected to you, to try and sell you all manner of crap.

If you are a TPS registered AND a customer of Vodafone, they can still call you, just email them like i did, problem solved.

i am a vodafone customer and have received many missed calls from this number over a year or so. I actually answered it the other day and found myself talking to 'vodafone staff'. The guy asked me to confirm my security pin straight away.... I told him to get stuffed as he rang me.

He reeled off some details about my contract to assure me they were who they said they were but it was nothing that companies can't get hold of if they buy the info from other 3rd parties. I asked what the purpose of the call was and he advised me that i had been 'upgraded' and they had some great deals. Told him i was happy with my contract and hung up. Got another call today though so make sure you tell them to remove you from their telemarketing list.

Vodafone you can email them talk to them via another number still does not make any difference.

I now answer the phone with F*** O**

Had a call from this number when i answered the call just then got disconnected instantly.

I got calls from this number. I answered the first time it was disconnected.

Then, I had other missed call. Its such cheated numbers.

I wonder why many calls from those who we dont have idea

I know my bill is late this month, BUT they always text me and NEVER call to advise of this!

I mean surely if they wanted to speak to me there are easier and more legit ways?

Got a call from them this afternoon.
The thing is, I'm not a Vodafone customer so why would I be getting calls from them!

i keep getting calls from this number too.. im an orange number so why would voda be phoning me?

have had several calls from this number over the last week tried ignoring but it didnt stop finally gave in and it was vodaphone trying to sell me a new mobile contract. Have told them i am not having a mobile anymore lets see if they give in.

Been getting phone calls now for 2 weeks finally succumbed and answered only to have them hang up on me so apart from having a really crappy day already this has just put the tin lid on it, I've sent a text back telling them how ignorant they are and don't bother me again....probably won't get me anywhere but had enough for one day :-) xx

I keep getting call from this number, they always call when im at work, and they never leave a message.

If this is Vodafone they shouldnt have my number, as it is ex-directory, and i never give my mobile number away to anyone but friends

telemarketing firm who get your details from your provider, ring you and say your due an upgrade.
they have all your contract details and say you are now a premier/gold account/insert your own back slapping phrase here, customer and as such you can have a free upgrade of your phone.
all good stuff :o)  until your next bill arrives and they have, without your knowledge, signed you up to a£25 a month,24 month contract!! can you tell I'm speaking from personal experience here? haha.
one very angry call to vodafone later and I was the owner of a free, brand new samsung wave.
they cancelled the contract  and left me the phone. the first thing the guy said when I explained
was "not another one!,  sorry its an outside firm,right, I'll cancel the commission on it" so its obviously happening a lot.

just to let anyone know as i work for a reputable telemarketing company (buisness to buisness only) that if you are on tps it doesn't mean you wont get calls from cold callers you just simply state to them you are tps and they will take you off their database. also i got a new samsung too! after complaining about being signed up to a new contract i knew nothing of, they were extremely apologetic especially as i'm not even with vodafone! :D

im from the uk and am getting calls off this same number but i am with orange/t-mobile and have been for some time now and havent been with any other service provider so i cant see how its vodaphone

i keep getting calls from this number to. i blocked it on my phone but still got calls.
