Received tele message from 0762020215 stating I won R900,000,00 in Rica Pepsi Competition Ref No.: 722P call a claims centre on 078 603 6840

This is not the first time I have received smses like this, and I am getting really tired of all these scams. First time reporting.

I received a sms from 071 831 1864  that i won R900 000 &  073 857 3842 R180 000.00 Ref number 6601KR  Ms. Liziwe Peter.

Please sort these people out

I have phoned them back one day and they couldnt give me the company name or their managers name, im at my 6 th sms for this year so im a millionare!!!!! Haha

Hi. I also received a phonecalls state that I have won in the Pepsi/Rica competition R900 000.  They also mailed me certificates through to show proof of it but all is false. The number is 0780125389 and his name is John Williams. Don't get cought.

Exactly!!! Why is it such an important thing to RICA...all it does in my opinion is gie these fraudsters more access to our personal information. The more they can gather from one individual the more they can answer the security questions to gain access to various institutions. Why doesn't PEPSI do something about it? ill anser that too...they dont care! :(

Received a SMS this is no joke your R900 000 is still not collected from the Pepsi/Rica award call 083 981 6958. I know this is a fraude so I asked him now what do I have to do he said I must buy 2 Vodacom airtime vouchers at R275.00 each and send the number to the 083 981 6958 I must not load the air time on my phone, then the accounts department will phone me to have my cheque delivered with in 72 hours. Ha ha ha these people think we are idots, but unfortunately some people get caught.
