Yes this is the SKY helpline number.
We had been away on holiday this Feb. 2015, on returning home, my wife had found a problem
with her recording arrangements while we were away, she phoned:
T.no. 0844 241 0800
This was the number in our Sky installation manual.

A thunderstorm appeared to knock my sky out. I was watching cricket and missed Jimmy Anderson get his record winning wicket. O n the phone for nearly half an hour kept being told to switch off and wait then put back on. Eventually told have to reboot and would probably lose everything saved so far. All was ok but at no point did they advise me how much it was costing me. I thought the process was really long winded now I no why- the call cost me £4.72!!!

Had very similar experience to Ros, my 2 calls cost nearly £8!
