This number sent me a text message asking me to call Barclaycard on that number but I don't think it is going to be Barclaycard on the end of the phone! Can you check the number please?

I just got one too. Haven't called it and don't think I will. They say a bank will always call you and never ask you to call them.

I have had a text asking to call this number, I phoned the regular Barclycard customer service, they haven't sent any messages, i asked them to make a note of it.

I used a work phone to call the number and got a message saying i'd be put through to someone, then a couple of seconds later that the building had been evacuated, thanks for the call. It was probably ended as they could tell who it was calling back.

I rang main customer services they told me the text from this number was genuine and it was just to check i wasnt struggling with my payments due to the climate.
