answered call just music playing and message stating your call is important to us, i hung up plus disconnected phone, reconnected still music playing so left phone disconnected for longer, don`t know who they were.

Received calls on successive days - claiming to be from 'Cover Plus' seeking to give me a renewal quote on home insurance which they said was due for renewal. It isn't due & it seems like a scam to try to get you to give them your renewal date & have an excuse to phone you. I was asked if I'd mind if they asked when the renewal date was - I said 'I did' & put the phone down
