Called twice on month leaving no message.

This number keeps ringing really annoying. Does anyone know who it is.

I believe it may be a company called We Fight ay Claim, whos head office is a garage lock up in Bridgend. They want to pester you about claiming PPI and want 35% of your claim, which they say is only paid on winning but truth is they want their money beforehand and need your credit/debit card details to pay any money back to you. Treat them as virus scam.

I get about 5 6 calls from these every day I don't even answer the phone now as its so annoying having to keep saying no thanks not interested they are so pushy.  Something should be done about them

phoned - i answered - they hung up immediately!

Very pushy company wanting to get your mis-sold PPI costs back for 35%
of the claim. No matter what you say to them they have an answer!
When I told them im not interested they then asked to speak to my Husband,
like I dont know my own mind! Disgraceful!!

This company phoned my land-line number, I never answer 084 numbers so ignored it then my mobile started ringing it was the same number,. Out of curiosity I answered it, Very brash Jack introduced himself and went into his well rehearsed PPI twaddle. Several times I tried to stop him but he had to finish. I told him I had only ever had one loan and that I definitely knew that I had refused PPI. He then argued that I could not be sure that the loan was PPI free as sometimes the PPI was added without ones knowledge. After several minutes of arguing each of his points I told him he was wasting his time as I was not interested. He then gave up wished me a nice day and rang off. I forgot to ask where he got my two numbers from.

This company uses a system of it's a referral call to get around the TPS and also do not tell you about the interest on top of the charge they tell you it's 35% plus vat bringing up to a staggering 42% but then interest is added which brings it up to 50% of your reclaimed money your much better off doing it yourself or using the internet to find a more reliable company

Unless you yourself have given your permission a "referral" does not over-ride TPS. whatever a cold caller would wish.
