A call from total refund to say they can get back your bank charges

I used to work for this company as a former employee, I know how they run, who runs it, and what they do! All I can say is when you pay them any money, DON'T EXPECT ANY BACK! They teach us how to lie to customers, and how to bend the truth. They're regulated by the ministry of justice (how I do not know)registration number being CRM4579 also registered with the Office of Fair Trading Consumer Licence Number: 611152/1. So what i'm trying to say is that if you are ever contacted by these animals, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL! I cannot say anymore! If you require any more information, just ask a question, i will answer it!

A question for benjamin..just got a call from the above named company and demanding £195 per card.  Said they have cleared over 25000 cases successfully.  How reliable are they?  Will really appreciate your response

This company are literally killing my mother. They don't care what harm they do. They have found a loop hole in the system and exploit desperate people until there is nothing left and they have destroyed their victims. They are the modern day parasites and now I am planning my own action. Raj called from this number - he doesn't care about humanity!!!!

Horrendous company - taken to date three lots of £1,185 from two credit cards - i did not sign any contracts. One credit card co helping me - the other no luck so far.

I am refusing to pay this amount to the credit card co's - let them take me to court - I have a huge amount of evidence of CYL's dealings.

My son went to visit their company in Birmingham to talk to Raj (the person I am dealing with at CYL).
He found the building - no signeage - and they refused his entry - saying that they only deal with people over the telephone or by email.

My husband is 81 yrs old and I am an old age pensioner - we are sick with worry.

I used to work for this company a year ago, and they are absolutely disgusting and i have witnessed agents laughing after taking money from people who are not sound mentally e.g some elderly people. The company has not one ounce of dignity, humanity, compassion, conscience or any trait a human being should process.  I have seen people and was encouraged that if a payment failed to go through at the end of the monh try putting the payment through again without the persons permission. And if you have given this company your money it has gone and you will not see a penny of it back, also i was told by the customer service manager that to date not one case has gone to court, my god what world do we live in when a company like this can operate in this county or any for that matter. I swear what i saw and what i did while i worked there (4 weeks) i will never forget for the rest of my life, i am so sorry to the people i conned.

got a call from Gary Smith saying he could clear all of my credit card payments of interest.  I did not give him my credit card details since l was immediately suspicious.  Too good to be true

We received a call today 21/4/11 from Cancel your loan offering to clear our credit cards. Fortunately we checked the internet and found this site. Thank you for putting this up as we managed to cancel our Credit card before any payments were taken from these rogue traders. Dont use them!!!!!

These guys are called Ocean Communication but also go by Total Refund.  They'll try to sell you all kinds of things (help with debts, home insurance, banking refund services) and refuse to stop calling.  The best thing to do is fill in a complaint form at http://complaints.tpsonline.org.uk .  It only takes a couple of minutes.  Here are the details you need:

Name of Caller:  Mohammed Mashedi (he's actually one of the owners).

If they get enough complaints something will be done.  Google Ocean Communication or Total Refund and you'll see they're involved in all kinds of nefarious activity.  Fight back!

The company owner Mohammed has now started a new business lime money. He is still doing the same as before so BE AWARE. Also he has invested in a different company.
