call with no one there......again

Keep getting calls with no-one there.  When we pick up, the line just goes blank.

Careful, I had Homeserve call me with an offer of additional insurance. I declined but they signed me up anyway for £19.99

as usual no one at the other end when i answer

Getting call with no one thee

This call leaves a blank message for around 15 seconds then kicks in with a recorded message.
I believe it is one of those auto call numbers but someone at the call centre hasn't been able to answer in good time.

Waste of my time.

i just had a call from this number with a recorded msg that there office is now closed and to call back between such n such hours on such and such days :/

Missed the call and didn't recognise the number so just checked online and am glad I missed it...thanks for taking time to warn others
Can't believe they have been annoying homes since June and prob before that too!

How do we stop them?

despite being registered with TPS  just had one of these calls

4 times a day since I last reported.
I too am on TPS register.
If you report it to the TPS they send your details to the owners of that number???????????????

top line of this chain leads you to CPR who charge!!
Why when the TPS are free. Do you think that CPR simply reister your number with the TPS????? If so clever but not helpful.....or this there site too.

Yet another 'silent call' even though registered with TPS!  Surely these call are counter productive for the companies involved?

Just had a call from this number, line went dead when i picked up. Also registered with TPS so a bit strange to be getting a call.

Keep getting calls with no-one there - around 4 over the past 3 days.  When I answer, the line just goes blank.

Call from Homeserve saying you have had three months free gas pipe cover (no knowledge of this) and we are concerned that you will not now be covered......
Declined.

Called yesterday and today. The connection was dropped immediately I picked up.
Disgusting practise.
