Yes it's John Lewis card services, I forgot a payment (not sure I saw the statement) and being John Lewis they were really very nice about it and took payment over the phone without a penalty.

It's not actually john lewis as such as the card issued when you open up a John Lewis Partnership card belongs to HFC bank as in HSBC.
