    not know as a resegerd company. they phone me askin  money so i said no? i then ask them to send me a letter of there company certificat number with the bill amount? the reply i got was no we cant do that? so plz b carrful

    india based company working for three ... claim to be independant but are actually just the collections dept of 3 .. completely useless at resolving any issues and hound you with calls for the minimal amount of money .. even when in legitimate dispute with the company .

    they are pest that wont leave you alone and so annoying, inpolite and rude towards you be very carefull these people will use your card without your permisson. if you do get a call this company tell them that your recording the conversation!! they hate it!

    08453550306 i got a phone call from this company sayying that they are from 3G and they were asking me for my data of birt, so if you are reading this and you got a phone call from these people don't give ur details to them. they are trying to do something with it. the number is 08453550306

    Got a call from these people asking for someone I'd never heard of. Told them that I didn't know this person and to please remove my number from their database. Received a torrent of abuse suggesting I did know the person they wanted to speak to at which point I mentioned words like Telephone Preference Service and Data Protection Act and then put the phone down whilst he was trying to apologise. Haven't had a call since!

    These people called a number of times leaving no message. When they did finally call me and receive an answer, as above, the person claimed to work for a debt collection agency linked to 3.(Advanced Telephone Debt Collection Agency) On requesting any further contact be made in writing, unusually for a dispute such as this, I was told this was not possible. As Im disputing the validity of the contract I entered into with 3 it seem strange 3 have just passed the case to a debt collection agency before stating their case in writing.

    ATD called me for outstanding amount of £15. I am presently in dispute with 3 over coverage claims using mobile broadband. Don't believe the coverage map, it is nothing like what they claim. Buy on line as you have 14 days to return. If you buy from Carphone Warehouse you'll only get 3 days. Be warned!!

    I too have a dispute with 3 over the usage of their mobile 'broadband' in fact I only managed to open a google page - just... took 20 minutes to transfer less than 60k - a dial up connection would have blazed this supposed 2Mbps... anyway they called and left no message

    I am in dispute with three over their contract also - called them up and let them know as I didnt want to be liable for yet more money. I refuse to pay for a service I am not getting! Had no trouble with three until I tried to do more than make calls and text - phone companies should deal with phones and isp's with the internet - so frustrating and stressful trying to get anything resolved with them. esp as they will not deal with anything to do with broadband on their customer service line (333) you have to call 500 which then costs - they dont tell you this on the menu of 333, they just say that you need to re-dial 500 - have written 3 letters now and an email - they really need some reprimanding - maybe more people should get in touch with trading standards or watchdog/ferett??

    "3" took a deposit of several hundred pounds from us, and has refused to pay back for one year. "3" is a bad company. I will fight them. Stand up for what is right.

    If ATD calls. Ask for their full name and their call reference. Then log the calls. Repeated calls could be a form of harasment. Build a case against them. The court could rule on your behalf.

    i have had a letter from this company and several phone calls i have an address for them its Advanced Telecoms Dept Collection Services Limited Po Box 26878, Glasgow, G2 9BP im unsure of the company my self so just beware

    Had numerous calls from them and when answered they would just hang up. i got fed up with it and called them. They told me they were allowed to call me up to 4 times a day. i told them if they called me again without talking to me and i am forced to call them back i would charge them 1 hour of my personal time (£35) I asked for them to put that on the notes screen, and read it back to me.

    I just had another call........

    Had numerous calls from this number too. Their  mobile broadband is useless, surely there is something can be done someone out there who can really make noise and name and shame 3- they are ripping us off.

    I'm in dispute with 3 too!  They put credit on my mobile broadband account with out me knowing so when I went over my data usage I used up £50 in 4 days! (premium rate internet use)  I never had any warning that this was about to happen or that I was going into any unknown credit.  I have refused to pay and canceled the direct debit.  3 are a bad company with NO customer service!

    As all the others, I too keep having these people call me. I let it go to the answering machine but they never leave a message... Why??? I too have had problems with three both with coverage and text service. Well, I say service but there isn't any. They are all sweetness and light until you sign the contract, then they turn into ugly monsters. NEVER GET A THREE PHONE you will never be happy with it....

    An individual with an extremely bad attitude called. I asked questions to find out who they were. He was unwilling to answer. Threatened that if the call was not resolved my credit rating would be affected. Asked to speak to another colleague as the individual i was dealing with was very unprofessional. Said he wouldnt transfer the call if I dont pay... Raised my voice as he would not listen asking for a contact number to ring back with payment, only to find he put the phone down on me. I am thoroughly disgusted and will be making a complaint if possible.

    I recently called ATD to complain about the number of calls that were being made to my landline regarding a mobile phone account for some ficticous character registered at my home address, i then asked to speak to a senior manager that i was given the name of, it was Garcie Kelly previously which i used but they stipulated that person did not exsist. I felt as though i had been 'sucked' in as they say, even worse was the fake american/scottish accent the school drop out who was talking to me had put on.

    I am throughly disgusted by the methodology this company has decided to adopt, and i feel as though it may have something to do with the colour of my skin, racism is not and never will be accepted in normal society so i beg thee ATD please demonstrate an ounce of sympathy and refrain from calling me, as my pregnant wife of 35 years is going out her mind with worry.
