I was phoned by a male who was rather abrupt, He said hello, and thanked me for coming to the phone. He then asked if I was the homeowner, I replied no, and he hung up!! I rang the number back to ask who he was and to try and complain about him being so rude, but all the number does is ring, I left it ring for 2 minutes and gave up. If anyone could give me an answer as to who it is that's ringing I would appreciate it.

i to have been harrassed by this number i believe its talk talk .as ive had many calls from this number and have spoke to these people.i might add they are a flaming nuisence.keep harrassing people in this way.what ive done .is put them in my phone book.then i know not to ansewer the call. its just cold calling trying to sell a service so they can trap us in a 18 month contract no doubt..if you have choose to refuse the calls can be barredthey will get fed up first..hope ive been of some help michaela.
