NTC Voice Solutions. Said to call 1800 283 174. Googled NTC Voice Solutions, they're an outbound call centre selling Optus products. Sneaky [***].

Soooo annoying they rang at 630pm and 230pm for the last 2 days. The call back is 1800 283 174 and says they are ringing in behalf of optus. Need to block them!!

They call me on a daily basis. They have no started calling me on 08 61512937.
Who are they? Why do they call and not say anything? Vey annoyed and frustrated!!

We have been getting calls from this number for a few days also we have the house number on DNCR and have now added our mobiles very annoying.

I've been getting calls from this no. 08 61512937 for a couple of days now... nobody talks, they just hang up not long after I answer the phone.

I'm sending this to Optus - perhaps you should do the same, so they get the hint:

A company called NTC Voice Solutions is calling people and hanging up.  When you call back the number, it tells you to call a 1800 number which in turn suggests purchasing Optus products.
After googling the number, I came across AT LEAST 3 different websites filled with complaints. You should recognise that your customers do not like this this stupid, and annoying intrusion, which the customer has no real way of stopping.
You are creating a negative experience for your customers using this cold calling company. Prank calls do NOT encourage people to purchase anything you have for sale.

2nd time in a few days. rings, i answer they hang up.
Mine is a SILENT number so how are they getting it too!

i got a call from this 0861512937 number i want to know how they got my number because mine is not listed so no one can look it up.

yea just got one as well then same deal hung up

just because your number is unlisted doesn't mean its impossible to ring it... most of these call centrers just use an auto dialler that cycles through the numbers

Yep, me too. Twice now to the mobile - both time they hung up. I have an unlisted number too..

Past 4 days now its been calling me 2 to 3 times a day!  Very annoying!

found their website and submitted a complaint and contacted the accc

have called me almost daily for nearly two weeks. Just hang up when I answer. I am well and truly sick of them but not sure how to stop them.

Very happy with this company they have saved me hundreds of dollars, i have been with telstra for years getting ripped off very happy to get a call from ntc

Great company. Changed over to Optus thanks to a very helpful sale consultant and got my other family members to change as well. Great service.

Got the same thing here, I just blocked their number :)
