This number calls once and hangs up at least 4-5 times a day. It needs to stop

This Number Does not stop ringing!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now, several times a day.  I cant return the call and it only rings a couple of times.  I picked it up after one ring once but I was then hung up on.

how did you get this number to stop calling you? its really anoying.

Got 2 missed calls from this number and then answered one it was simply energy wanting my electricity account back again

errr just spoke to em, been calling me for at least a month with no one on the other side. It's just a call centre in Melbourne trying to sell energy. The reason it's "08" is because its a VOIP service (Voice-Over-Internet-Phone) heaps of telecommunications company's use it in tele-marketing. Just tell em to put you on the do not call list after they hang up on their program (which they have to do on request). Just spoke to some irish bloke. Or if that doesn't stop it just put your mobile or home phone on the Do Not Call Register (www.donotcall.gov.au) - pretty sure it's free to register

this number has been calling me a ranging from a few times a week to a few times a day for about 2 months now. answered once and i heard some background chatter and then they hung up. i also can't return the call.
i would like whatever scam this is to stop calling me. have anyone worked out a way to do this/ who this is?

It's simply energy- Vic/sa energy supplier. They keep hanging up on as said above but I thunk they are calling me as I cancelled my account and want me back..... Still don't know why they bother calling then dont answer ????

I think it is subphone number from someone using skype tries to call you. your phone. It should be someone you know. That's the explanation i can imagine

I have received over 12 calls from this number and l can hear someone on the end of the line but they say nothing. I return the call and they hang up ......is this a scam and maybe I should report it to the police?

If your read this 0862284015 please stop rining me and leave me alone unless you know me and are trying to get in touch then let me know otherwise.  If not take your number and bother your family and leave me alone.  

If you persist in calling I will ring the police and they can give you a call

I rang Simply Energy sales and asked them to stop calling.  The person who answered politely told me they'd advise their manager not to call my mobile number anymore.  Fingers crossed.

Energy company trying to sell us energy!!!!!!!!! dont answer!!!

Just received a call from this number on my mobile but there was no-one at the other end. I am completely over spam callers.
