I've been getting numerous calls from this number no message hangs up when answered

Me too they call me once or twice a day

I have 2 missed calls from this number today alone. Tried calling it back but goes to the engaged signal straight away. Tried calling from my mobile as well but call fails each time I try.

I am having the same issue, they call about 3 times a day and it only seems to ring once.  I lodged a complaint with Telstra regarding another matter, I thought it might be the Telstra complaints trying to call me.  Have any of you lodged a complaint with Telstra?

I've had two today as well. You may be onto something Kimberley. I have lodged a complaint with Telstra recently too. Maybe this is their passive-aggressive revenge.

Yep. It was Telstra. I caught this one on the first ring and there was actually someone there who said he wanted to talk about my complaint. He then started to ask for my DOB etc and I pointed out that as he had called me it was up to him to prove who HE was. He said he could give me the month and year of my birthday and I said that I would prefer he didn't give that to people if he wasn't sure they were me. That's about as far as we got with the complaint, which I'm sure he probably marked on his call sheet as "resolved", and someone else has me marked down as Not Answering after 2 ring hangups.
He couldn't give me a number I could reach him on, just the general 1800 complaints line.

But that's not all! I got another 2 calls today, the 2nd one I picked up, and after a 20 second session of general office noise and possibly a distant shout of "wait a minute", it was another bloke from Telstra. I asked if he had read the comments on yesterday's call and he said no, "would you like me to?". I suggested that that might have been a good idea, but while I would appreciate an email or letter, the other comments should mention that a phone call won't work.

yup same, at least twice daily then hang up, cannot call back as always engaged...

Stupid bloody Helstra. I told them my prefered contact method was email, yet they  tried to call yet again. My original complaint was about spam, guess il have to log yet another complaint to the regulatory body. Screw telstra

Rang me last week and today again twice.

I'm so over their crap I made a complaint about being over charged then they try calling me with no answer and not able to call back then log off my complaint without even speaking to me I have a bill for well over 5,000 and I was on holidays for 3 months and left my phone here because I knew I wouldn't need it and I'm not dumb enough to pay for roaming charges when I can buy a 30 dollar phone and use calling cards fr less no one had access to my phone  as it was in a safe and only my mother had access to my house like what the hell ? Telstra I hate you I wish you nothing and I hope you crash and burn and stop prank calling me from your stupid phone that doesn't work you think being Telstra you would have a system that worked oh wait it's Telstra we're talking about idiots!!!

Yes, I have also recently lodged an escalated complaint, because I use chat to converse and have been given a huge run around about an issue, speed fault. Specifically asked for email contact. Nice way to review complaint 12 days after lodgement.

I keep receiving hang ups from this number. Rang back today after receiving a call yet again at 5:15 today. We also have a complaint in against Telstra but they're supposed to be ringing my husband's number, not mine. Tried calling back but it's always engaged, so I'm assuming it's through a dialer.

Seems there are plenty of people in the same boat, I too have received calls from this number and when tried to call back its engaged all the time. I have escalated a complaint with Telstra so I guess it's them trying to follow up ( some 3 weeks later!)

I have had 3 calls from this number also and the same problem, I call it back, and nothing happens.

Keeps calling me

I keep getting calls from this number as well! driving me nuts!

I have also made a complaint to Telstra - hopefully they will pull their socks up and do something about this.

Yeah im getting this number call twice a day to. Anyone know why??
