I have just had that number ring and when I answered it started ringing. When they answered someone just said hello.  This surely has to be a scam. Funny how I am a T-mobile customer as well and the phone is coming to the end of contract.

Ok, i thought i'm the only person who gets calls from this Number (08700621252) who were calling me since last xmas as the clamed the what to know how's my network is going! which did not make sense to me! funny that few people mentioned t-mobile coz i'm a customer of tmobile too. what i want to find is how did they get my mobile number, what do they know about me and how can i stop this?

what i did regarding this problem is i called the T-mobile and they suggested to call the telephone preference service: 08450700707 and register my mobile phone with them so i don't receive any sells-calls. try that that might help.

I left my phone on standbye whilst out and on returning found my t-mobile payg credit of £8.18 had been somehow scammed by 08700621252,have written to t-mobile and contacted ofcom complaining,I don't know how they did it,BE WARNED

I keep getting this number ring me but as soon as I answer it my phone starts to ring out. I once let it go a bit further but the voice sounded odd so I hung up

I'm on orange and this number keeps calling - why do these people rob us of (collectively) hours and hours of our precious lives?

Keep getting missed calls from this number, called it back it rang & rang with just some one saying my call was improtant to them. No company name. I rung for about 20mins, then they told me no one is available to take my call and hung up.

Just had another call from this number - had about a dozen or more missed calls from this number over the last couple of weeks or so.  I didn't answer it.  My mobile number is registered with the TPS.

I got a call from these people for the third time today.
I haven't bothered to answer any of the 3 times, and I think I won't do it in the future either, especially after reading all these commnents.
btw, I'm a T-mobile user too...

I've had 3 calls from them in 2 days

First time I did answer & yep it 'GM Services', trying to get me to go Monthly to get 1000 free minutes a month etc etc.

Still phoning me even though I've told them I'm PAYG, Happy with my service (It's ASDA[Vodaphone]), & that I'm a VERY low user (I've topped up with £30 in January & I've STILL got £20 left by end of May)

I've stumbled across the 'TSPonline' site to register My mobile - just have to wait & see if I still get them

This number has been calling me none stop for the past 2 weeks and it's driving me insane! I've found a feature on my phone that allows me to put numbers on a "reject list" so hopefully that will work.

I am on Vodafone and have received several calls from this number.  The first time I tried to call back as I did not make it to my phone in time - thinking it might be important - but got put on hold - hung up quickly!  Have been called since - only other time I answered, they hung up straight away.  I am also coming to the end of my 12 month contract.  Looking at the website mentioned earlier in this thread, they say that they 'randomly' call, but it seems a big conincedence that so many have mentioned being near the end of their contract.  I don't want to start a rumour, but I bought mine through an internet company 'BuyMobilePhones.net' who have been great - but wonder if they sold the number on.  I wonder if anyone else has that connection?

I didn't realise t-mobile sold our numbers to these tele-marketing companies. my contracts about to end and I've been getting calls off various numbers and this one yesterday. don't answer anymore.  my number begins 07983. seriously considering going to another network.

Again t-mobile customer nearing the end of my contract and this number has been phoning now on and off for a month. Contacted t-mobile about this and they were totally uninterested in the problem and just suggested registering the number with tps which I did about 2 years ago. Soon to be an ex t-mobile customer.

Don't they just P*!S you right off! I've been getting the same idiots ringing  for about a month maybe more now, every 3-4 days they ring. Sometimes early morning other times late at night. They wind me up so much, but I am just going to have to keep ignorning the calls. Yes I am with T-mobile too, to be honest haven't had many problems with them (touch wood!),no doubt the same would happen if I moved to another network anyway. Hopefully they will give up at some point. WHAT A BUNCH OF TITS

Have never picked up on this number after seeing this post. I get about 1 call a week. Annoying but ignorable

argh... my contract with tmoblie was ending last month thats when they started ringing me.. but i renewed my contract wish i hadnt now.. im getting about 3/4 calls a DAY from this stupid number! its really driving me mad.. when im a work.. even as late as 9 some nights!!
