they have called me in the past offering to help me pay off my debts..told them I did not have any debts..so they offered to clear my credit card balance..told them I did not have credit cards. then I turned the heat on them..I asked them where they had got my number seeing as I was ex-directory...he got all worried and started saying goodbye and I told him to stay on the line as I wanted to get his personal info and pass it on to ofcom and he hung up. I see today they have started all over again but not saying anything. I will be prepared for them the a-holes!!!

I cant be doing with any more calls so i dont answer/

i've had them ring my home at least once a week, kinda annoying now. i've literally had a miss call from them

they've phoned me every day for for around 2 weeks now, so just give up answering now

I have had a call from these, when I rang the number back the woman became rude and said she was from B&E and if i gave her my mobile number she would see which company was ringing me, I said no and she said there are many businesses in their building and she was only the receptionist.  I said I didn't believe her and wanted to know excatly who B&E are she said "a company in a building" I told her I have the number and name and will be reporting them to ofcom she hung up.

This No. Called me and asked to speak to my wife. When I queried this chap got very evasive and said he would call back later. I have called them and eventually got through. They are BE Group and they are a financial consolidation company. I don’ want any more calls off them

Had a missed call yesterday and when i returned the call, they ask me if I was returning a missed call, they said they wnted to speak to my wife. How on earth they wanted my wife on my mobile number is unbelievable. Who are these people and what are they upto?

Have had 32 missed calls - decided to call them back to see who they are - an indian lady amswered just saying hello & can I confirm my name & number.  I asked who they are - she said she cannot give me that info unless I confirm my name & number.  I said they could be anybody & if they are a company they are very unprofessional & ignorant & put the phone down. Hopefully they wont call back again.!!!!!

They started calling me today...  some foreign woman trying to get personal information. if they continue calling i will ask where they got my personal info from.. they knew my name, number and address already and i have NO monthly outgoings/debts.. im a student! Surely i can get something done legaly about them because they should not have my details at all.. Identity theft and all that...

Ive had 4 missed calls off this number because I don't answer numbers I don't recognise (if it's important they'll leave a message). I decided to answer it afterall to see who it was and there was silence, on saying 'hello?' again, somebody foreign sounding said

'It's your naughty boy' and put the phone down?!?!?! Now I'm just freaked out! I typed the number into google and found this sight and its the same number. My boss said companies do it as a scam and you get charged if you pick up. so don't answer it! Better still, get your phone provider to block it.

I had a couple of calls from this number yet when I answer, no one speaks. Very annoying!

Number has called me for times today, doesn't leave a message. I even answered it once but there was nobody there. When I rang the number was told that all advisers are busy & call will be answered shortly, but then the line goes dead.

They have just called me, when i answered and said "hello" they hung up

I'm really annoyed. I answered and got the silent treatment, then the female on the other end asked to speak to shona, then the silent treatment again before she hung up!

I did 1471, then 3, got told there was a queue, then it rung and then hung up. INFURIATING!

I joined the TPS thing a while ago, it doesn't seem to work at all.

I've received a couple of calls from this number in the last week.  Answered it today, as I have been pestered with call from a private number who rings twice and then hangs up, has anybody else receivng calls from 08700845794 had this experience?  

Anyway, I pretended that I was someone else answering my phone they said the company name was BNE Group, I asked for a number to call back on they said it was on the letter they had sent (which I appear not to have received).  Tried call back on the number that rang, but appeared to be a deadline?

i just had this on both my mobile and home line wiv in seconds of each outher. call it bk and ansser phone said all agents r busy and hung up on me. ant to top it all i missed the end of a cut scane on metal gear4 coz of it

This No. has started calling me over the last few weeks, I generally don't ansa my fone if I don't know the No. only really close friends and family have my No. coz I've only just recently changed it, recently meaning 3mths ago, so how these ppl got my No. is a mystery?? I get at least 2 calls a week from this No. I'm gonna try to ansa it in the future and see if telling them that it's a business No. will help ... I'll let you know. x

I had a missed call from this 008700845794 number! When i called the number back it just had a cut off tone, but when i called back minus the first 0 i got an aisan woman who hung up on me! Does anyone know who these ppl are!

B&E group is Baines & Ernst and Blair Endersby based in Manchester they also have a South African call centre in Durban I know this because I used to work for them.They deal with Debt Management and IVAs they also charge a fee to set up and run these type of solutions.My advice is dont go anywhere near them they have your number for one of the following reasons

Internet Loan enquiry
Debt Collector referal

I have the mobile number for their head of sales maybe I should put that on this site so you can all ring him at all times of the day and night. To get them to stop calling you just ask to speak with Terry O'Neil he owns the company he wont ever speak to you to be fair he doesnt even speak to the staff but it wont half make them feel uncomfortable.

they rang me to so i rang back doesnt ring, just goes straight through to someone asking if i was responding to a missed call so the conversation went like this.

" F*** off ringing me i work for MI6 British Inteligence and if you ring me again am gonna come break your f***ing leg"

They havent called back!!!!
