ive had several calls from this number and when i answer they hang up, tried to call them back several times now and i either get put on hold then cut off or just cut off in the first place. read the notes on this page about d+l called them on a different number and the chap i spke to said it wasnt one of there numbers and didnt have any of my details on there system?? if its not d+l then who the hell is it taht keeps calling??? its really annoying as i work shifts and they call when im in bed - not just the mobile but the house phone to. please help before i lose my mind !

Hey I also have this number calling me, whenever I have rang back they do not answer, I am shocked at how many people are getting peed off by it,I thought it was only me!!!!! SO SO SO Annoying
I have just registered with TPS I am also going to write a letter of complaint!

With regards to that number 08700845794 which is DLC (I think it is a Debt Collection Agency), they keep phoning my works mobile which I have had only one month ago.  I told them to stop calling but they paid no attention so I thought I will play them at their own game.

I have recorded silence on my mobile and used it to answer when they call.  Also I programmed my phone to ring silent when they call so I am totally oblivious to them.  Every now and then I tidy up missed calls which takes a few seconds, but the best bit is you can hear them saying hello hello and it gets louder when you put them on speaker phone and they can't hear you.  Revenge is sweet!!!!!

im glad to see its not just me! Im getting them on my mobile and they even called my house today 3 times in one hour. I think ^^mark you have a very good plan but THERE HAS TO BE something we can do? surly??

Hi, i got a few missed calls from this number this morning... and they also hung up, then called again and left a BLANK voicemail! What a waste of time!!!! If it is to offer me a loan, they know where they can go.. lol

I have informed them of the Business Preference Number listing.

Dont be alarmed by this group if there is nothing in writing and you havent done anything wrong you have the right to say go away.

This company claims to be part of BNE Group. I asked if the had a web site and was told that that information couldn't be given to me. I have no idea who they are and have certainly note initiated this communication.
I have been told that telling them that this is a business preference number will stop the calls. Alternatively, tell them their actions and repeated phone calls constitute harrassment.

Have had about 30 calls in a week n- i bought a whistle and blew it down the phone when I had enough. My number they call on is a business number. I told them this at beginning - the whistle works no more calls

They have just called me!  When i answered they cut off so i called the number back to see who it was and the woman asked if i was responding to a missed call!  I just put the phone down, but about 5 minutes later they called my house number!!  I dont know how they have my info because i never give it to anyone unless it is neccessary!  But i get the feeling like most of you have said they wont take kindly to ignoring ther calls so no doubt i will be receiving another!  Think i will just leave the phone on let them waste ther money!!

Yeah I keep getting calls from these people too. I answered my phone (home phone) and they hung up, they then rang my mobile, I answered, they started mumbling and then hung up again.  google'd the number, found this site. Gonna try the business preference thing see if they'll stop. Been happening for weeks now

this number called me and was tryin to get personal info...i said to Tania, "i'll tell you my name if you stand up and give me a verse of killing me softly" she hung up.......she hasn't called back.

I just got this number on my mobile, only as soon as I answered they hung up.
I rang the number back and all I got was that all their operators are busy.
I hate this type of unwanted calls. I wonder if telephoning Ofcom to see if this is legal would help?

this number just keeps ringing me and when I answer it goes dead, pretty damn annoying!

they rang a few times i answered they hung u, then they call and ask for angela island its daily phone calls!

This phone number has called me 5-10 times a day for several weeks now and it doesn't seem like they are likely to stop either!!!!
This is really annoying, sometimes it rings only 2-3 rings, sometimes they won't leave it until it automatically is disconnected by the phone company because I haven't answered the call.!
Harassment doesn't even cover it, and I have 19(!) other numbers calling me too!!
They keep calling all the time!!  Early mornings, mid day, evenings, MIDNIGHT, either they don't have any manners or it's just a machine that is working around the clock!
It's been months since I last picked up their calls, but still, they are a pain!!!

I have saved them in my phone address book, it just says 'SCAM, dont answer', and I have set a low, short ringtone on this contact so that even if my phone is where I can't see straight away who's calling, I recognize the tone and know it's one of them!
Still - VERY annoying!

Ironically as I was writing this - guess who phoned me??!  lol, yes - 08700 845794!!!!

If I could, I'd take them to court for harassment!!!

i keep getting these calls on my mobile phone and have done for the past year, it's getting a bit tedious and anoying, i keep ignoring these calls but they are very persistant, how can i make them stop?

i have been recieving calls from this no aswell and just typed it into google on an impulse just now quite shocked to see that other people have also been going through the same thing as me its shocking and very annoying.
i have had calls at 9/10pm which is bang out of order my own mother doesn't even phone me at this time of night.
just got another call before googling it.
totally p**sed off.

Just had a call from this number, I answered and they hung up. I called the number back and got a South African lady. I asked who I had called and she said that I had called a group of companies and that I needed to give her my number before she could tell me what company was after me. I asked her for all the companies withing the 'group of companies' she said no and that I could make it easy for myself by giving her my number!!

I told her she was wasting my time and hung up!!

Received a call  from these unscrumpulous people tonight. The man that phoned was of Asian origin I believe , using the same patter as these people have obviously used over and over again. I will now be seeking legal advice on this matter as I do not appreciate unsolicited calls especially from people like this company especially via my personal mobile
