Got a call from 'BT Fusion' at 8.50PM asking to speak to me. No details were confirmed about my BT account, just asked for my name. Told me as a valued customer I would be entitled to 3 months free BT Fusion and a brand news mobile phone. I said OK, he then asked me for some details - DOB, how long at current address, job etc. He then asked me for Bank Details especially account number and sort code. I asked him since he was calling from BT he should have my account detaisl to hand. Told as part of the Data Protection Act, all information has to be re-entered. Asked for my bank details again but told him politely no, he can pass over details via post or e-mail.
Sounded very dodgy.
