Company Called IJL ?

Left a reference number and thats it.

The number belongs to Interim Justicia, a debt collection agency that currently is chasing people for Ebay fees and Paypal fees.

This company keps calling me about ebay fees despite my ebay account being fully paid up. Getting fed up with the calls now :o(

called 6 times always at 8:25, mentioned that i owe paypal, have never used paypal. Want me to get a police incident number and ring back on the 0870 number

Asking for £8000 balance payment when asked who they are they put the phone down

yea rang and they deal with paypal debts, they seem to be legitimate

it says on the internet that this company is dissolved so they should not be trading still.

Call for ebay payments, does not provide nay identificaation is most prob fraudent and have no manners on how to speak on phone.

they keep phoning-left id number but when i ring they want all my personal details which i refuse to give them then they put phone down-wont tell me who they are

well they always ring me at 8.25 aswell they said i owed ebay £37 witch i did so i payed ebay and now they say i ow them £8 for admin fee when i has ****  all to do with them ...

This company keeps calling my mum whos a pensioner every day at least twice, Ive told them she is not the person they are wanting, and that the house name is different to what they want but still they keep calling. Does anyone kow their address

Left a message on my answering machine saying it was an "urgent business call" for me, quoted a reference number and that's all. Makes sense if they're chasing about paypal as I've just realised I had a £13 debt on my paypal account, which I've now paid. This company sounds really dodgey though, very annoying that paypal/ebay would pass on personal details - I've only had that debt for 2 weeks!!

This is a very aggresive debt collcting agency, best thing is not to answer the phone or soon as someone asks you for your name etc PUT THE PHONE DOWN dont even ask who they are, or just leave the phone on hold and turn thr music up. I know it can really be upsetting but they are only doing there job and their job is to get the money  that is owed owed, but the do it in a very very nasty way. Dont let them intimidate you. Unfortunately I have had dealings with many debt collections companys and the best way to deal with it is stick to your guns if you owe the debt pay what you can and dont be pressured into paying more than you can.

Very very rude and aggesive on the phone. telling me i owe money to british gas but from an address that i no longer live at. and i have paid off my depts a month ago to  british gas. they wanted proof that i had paid it!? how? i am not sending them back details.

Paypal have been sending emails to an old address of mine for something I didn't realise had put me in a negative balance.....anyhow have paid them but when I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me I was the one with attitude!! how can I make a complaint about them and paypal???

I think the word RUDE is too lenient to call them. They have rude written on their foreheads.
I got a message saying i should call them. I rang back and she said can i have your refs number. I told i do not have a refs number. Then she asked can i have your name.
I asked her what is this about who ar you? she said she cant tell me unless i give her my details. I told her no. She was so rude that i hanged up.

A woman called Penny from IJL left a voicemail and reference number on my phone.

don't have any debt that I can think of.

What should I do!! please help.

This no belongs to Interim Justicia (not Intrum Justicia who still operates) but I think is a phantom company that asks for our money (on behalf of say Thames Water even though you don't owe them any money).  Don't give them any of your info, although they have got some of your info, I don't know where from!

IJ have been leaving messages on our answer phone for weeks now, thought I'd sorted it a couple of days ago when I finally spoke to someone and told them that Mr Hayes does not live at our address.  Never even knew what this was about until I came across this site.  Spoke to someone else just now (have to add she was polite!) and was told to wait for the next call as we need to tell them TWICE that they are ringing the wrong person before they delete the wrong debt against us.

PS; Coincidence? Message from London-30 Juli 2008 was also for a Mr Hayes!!!
