I've been having problems with this number. They call and no one speaks to me when I asnwer. I called back and they said they are Ideal Homes. I should not be called because my number is on Do not call list. I told them so and they promised to stop. I will have to wait and see.

This number has been calling on a semi regular basis and when I answer they put the phone down.

There appears to be a tie up between Ideal Homes and Weatherseal.  Anyway it's all about double glazing etc and the (non existant)liklihood that if you are selected for a glossy magazine promotion your double glazing work would be done for free.

Automated dialling is a real pain and your only solution is to waste their time or simply to put down the phone - until the next time.

i was unlucky enough to get involved with ideal homes/weatherseal. I did actually commit to order some fascias (after a sales guy came) with their magazine promotion after I had been getting frequent calls from them. I paid the deposit and waited; a guy came round and surveyed the house and a few days later, I got a letter saying that further to the techinical survey, additional materials were required and they needed an extra £2500.00. The original offer I was getting was already £2000.00 which was on the high side. long story short i got my deposit back and cancelled the order but their after sales service is none existent, 3 calls each an hour long resulted in no one answering, i could speak to accounts and sales people easy enough but they all referred me to a number that no one was answering. I had to do everything by letter, even email did not work.

I still get calls from them even though time after time i ask them to remove the number!

A rude caller on the end of the phone - wanted to speak to my husband who was not in. Said he said we wanted 2 windows which we dont! would not accept that I was telling the truth and put the phone down!!!
Called now 3 times to talk to him and last time she put the phone down on me when I again tried to explain - not a nice girl!!!

i have been getting calls from this number for about 5 weeks,as many as 5 times a day   i know its  a window firm i googled the number,driving me mad what do i do!!!!!!

This number calls me constantly asking to speak to Mrs Hans and then when I say she does not live here they try to sell me something instead. My number is ex-directory and I do not give this out to anyione other than family. I have askwed them several times not to call why do they?

Just had a call from this number.  Some guy asking about how many windows I would want replacing given the chance.  Then said someone would call me back shortly.  I ignored the second call knowing that it would be the same company.  How annoying on a bank holiday evening.

I have been gettting calls from this number since i answered it. They asked if i would have my windows replaced if it was to be at absolutly no cost to me i said yes then he wanted to pass me on to his collegue. I realised this was going to cost me and  i didnt really want my windows replaced any way so i just put the phone down. Since then they have been calling me up to 5 times a day every day but i dont answer. It has started to slow down and although the calls are still coming i am getting less, its not every day now but a couple of times a week and this has been going on now for months!!!   This really is becoming a pain in the back side though.

This company has been phoning me for about 1 week solid now and I am getting totally fed up with it.
Have told them I am not interested in having any windows or doors replaced but they keep phoning me.
What part of "not interested" don`t they understand !

I had some windows replaced a few months ago and since then I have been called dozens of times by Weather seal asking if I want further work doing. I have repeatedly requested that I be taken off the call list and each time I'm told this will be done. I've also asked to speak to a Supervisor on several occasions but no one is ever available to speak to.
Very annoying!

I've just had a rude man put the phone down on me from this company, when I told him I live in a brand new house.......I was polite and he was a [***] on the phone!

I've had similar repeat calls, I even had a guy ring back and I said I'm sorry but i'm not interested. he had the nerve to tell me I was very rude and hung up on me. Very odd!

ANNOYING, ANNOYING, ANNOYING !!! Get daily calls 4m these people ! Wish they would go die in a very lonely corner ! A***HOLES !

I was phoned on Friday by a girl asking if i would want my windows replacing at no cost to me. I said sure. She replied by saying someone would be in touch. She didnt give me time to answer. I then had two phones calls  on the Friday night. On the Saturday I had 11 phone calls from about 10 in the moring till 3 in the afternoon.  Sunday morning I have so far had one call at 12.04 and then another one at 12.07.  At some point I am going to answer but I am intrigued to see how many times they will ring me.

I received a phone call today from this number advising on windows etc and I said I was busy and to call back and went out for the day and I returned home to find I had a voicemail from the man that called calling me a lying f***ing sl*g! I was not happy and rang the number back but was just told this would be put on the complaints list and when i try and call back it is impossible! So angry!!!!

These people are calling me day and night despite the fact that I have told them that I already have double glazed windows and a UPVC security door.  They keep arranging for someone to come round to my home and give me a quote for patio doors and windows, but nobody turns up I have to waste my time waiting in for them.  They also keeping telling me that I have been awarded a £500 discount that is valid for 18 months and that if I don't use it they won't call me again, after 15 months of this they are still cold calling me.

I am fed up if it they are a set of [***].  I will not be wasting my time waiting in for them any more bollocks to them.
