I have a bill on my 3 mobile contract for over £5, apparently I've received premium texts from 60000102. The company name is Loop mobile limited, customer services number is 0871 750 3155.
This company seems to be based in India typically!

My Son has been charged for texts from 08717503155 & 0845130991 but he insists he hasn't subscribed to anything, does anyone know if we can reclaim these charges back?

My disabled son (me!) has also been charged vast sums of money by these crooks. Between them and 2 other organisations they have taken £240 plus for texts sent. 40 plus texts sent at £1.50 each every minute. Virgin mobile don't want to know and seem happy to take their cut of the profits for what I consider to be criminal activity. For info here are the details sent by Virgin

As you can see, one of these companies is Sony Ericcson. The other 2 are offshore based.

I opened two texts from 80004. I had no idea who this was, so being inquisative I opened them. They were to invite me to enter a competition. I thought what a load of rubbish, so didn't enter the competition. I later realised that my credit had gone down by £3.00 so I rang 02 and they advised me to text STOP to 80004 which I did and ring 08717503155 to complain. I will complain to the regulator as   " Old Mother Riley " suggests above.

I have received 3 text message from this company this month.  I phoned Virgin about this who said they can do nothing about this and that I had to contact MX Telecom directly.  I notice on the MX Telecom web site that it has Virgin listed as a partner.  No wonder Virgin don't want to do anything about calls/text message from this company.

I just got my Virgin Bill and saw a charge of £2.00 for text service received.  I obviously called Virgin who advised me to call MX Telecom and gave me their number.  I can't help being a bit hesitant in contacting them as they ask for your mobile number even before you get put through to a human.  Does anyone know if it's safe to give your mobile number or are they going to send text after text again?

Had an 8.33 (+VAT) charge for 1 text received from 78555. Was told by o2 that is was 'multiple services' from MX Telecom. Never heard of them, They advised to text stop to 78555 and call 08717503155. I have text STOP so we shall see.

My wife has been charged £10 for a text twice we are on 3 network. We never knew anything until we got our bill. The number above is the number I was given from 3 but if I ring how much is that call going to cost? 3 should put a stop to this and refund our money one angry bunny right now.

My son recieved a text message asking to suscribe to a service text back yes or no, he text back no and it cost him £10!!

only had my o2 phone a week and text's from 78555 have cost me £125.00 NEVER asked for the texts to be sent to my phone ....o2 has told me to ring 08717503155 which i have done to stop the sms  also text STOP  to 78555 so lets see what happens ... Cannot believe the phone company cannot block these number's it's a JOKE !!!!!!!

Phoned the number and checked after on BT to see how much it had cost Only 40 pence so it's worth phoning to stop them !!!

I'm on o2 and hav been charged over 40 pound and when I ring the customer helpline they tell me all their representives are busy and I hav to keep calling back so I get charged for the fonecall to ring them aswel, its a [***] joke

Have received via one of our drivers mobile numbers from 0871 750 3155 and have been charged £ 1.25 per message. Done reply, the line is through Cable and Wireless and sold to MX Telecom.

this company has been sending texts at a charge of c£2.50 per text to my teenage daughter. it is shocking that Vodafone does not stop them from doing this, when they know there is no service that is provided, it is just nuisance calls. Why does the Regulator not stop this?
