- sarahA kirsty called from this company for my husband I did not believe a word she said. She said she was from Chaplin solicitors in South Wales and he could contact her on her mobile number 07533653800. I wsn't awarte that solicitors give there mobile numbers out just like that. She gave the impression that she wanted to help my husband claim some money back as he had been sold the wrong loan. I wasn't aware of this so I questioned further I was surprised that she was williung to share my husband's personal banking matters with me without his permission. Kirsty explained to me that her company was helping people nationwide and had been on the news and I must have missed the broadcast. I was still not convinced so I asked where I could get more information (this threw her. she stuggled to answer). she then gave me this web address that does not exist www.1stlineservices.com and the call centre number 08719069911 aswell as her mobile number 07533635800. MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL HARRASS HER ON THIS NUMBER AS I WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM IT WHEN I DID 1471.

- NatashaI have just been reading all the comments that people have put on here and would just like to say first of all I had a call from 1st Line Services April last year asking me would I like a warrenty on the mobile phone that I had just taken out on contract with O'2, because I had, had alot of problems with the previous phone I had I decided to go ahead and take the warrenty on, I was obviously worried about giving my card details over the phone but the representative give me there customer services number to ring to reassure me which I did give them a ring, spoke to a woman named linda who talked me through what my phone would be covered for and decided to go ahead with it, couple of days went past and I received my certificate and welcome letter. Two months later my phone was stolen from my pocket I rang 1st line and they told me to ring the police and get a crime reference number and they would send me a claim form out, within 10 days I had my brand new phone, not once did I have any problems with this company. In May of this year I had another call from this company with regards to claiming my ppi back, I was explained everything again in full and because of the level of service I had received before and because I had heard about about these unlawful charges on the tv and in the paper I thought why not give it a go, I was abit upset that it wasnt explained to me the first pack would be 44.99 and my second pack 29.99 I just thought it was the one price of 44.99 but when I rang customer services and it was explained properly I let that go, the documents were sent out to me the following week I filled the forms and sent back, I was starting to worry when I hadnt heard anything but how stupid was I too worry I am now the owner of a cheque for £2,700, I personaly have NEVER had any problems with this company, brand new phone and a cheque for £2,700 I can honestly say the two calls that I had from 1st line made a difference to my life.
- JeffI had a call from this company claiming that i could get back unlawful charges relating to a loan i had a couple of years ago. At first i thought it was a scam as they wanted £49.99 for an admin charge and to get the legal documants out. Am i glad i paid that £49.99, i have just had a cheque for £3100 and am takin my 2 kids and teh wife to florida. I strongly advise anyone who thinks they might be due some money back to contact this company. There customer service number is 08719069911. Ask for LYn, she is very helpful!! Thnaks again first line!!

- DOOGSFRAUD - Please don't give your bank details. Have had to contact my bank to block. Received a call from a bloke called paul who said he could claim back ppi's from northern rock amongst others. He sounded very convincing as he knew alot of my personal details and I had made a query recently regarding this so stupidly I gave bank details. I did a check on this number after and came across this site, I then cancelled my card and rang 'paul' back but the phone was slammed down on me as soon as I told him my name. Avoid them as they are total scammers - don't know how they can sleep at night.
