Someone has been calling me off this number for days now..I have no idea who it is??

Ive also been getting calls from this number every day.

Only since I cancelled my accounts with optus and went to another provider Interesting.

I think this is an OPTUS customer service feedback office.  I also kept receiving calls from this number until one day I decided to answer it just to see who it was.
They told me that they wanted to ask some questions relating to my recent telephone dealings with Optus Retentions Dept (whom I spoke to that week).

I'm pretty sure that's what it was about.

You can tell them you're not interested in going through the survey, or you can simply ignore it until they stop calling you (as I did).

I've also been getting calls from this number every day for the last 4 days. When I answer there is no sound and it hangs up after about 20 seconds. I am with optus and have told them I'm leaving so I think your on to something Jo Blo.....

Ah! They've been calling me at 9:30 every morning. Thank god I found this site. Now I know not to answer!

Ah yes, they are calling me too!! just rang the number back and sure enough it's optus sales.

I've received this call but am not looking to leave Optus as other commenters above are.

i just got this call as well, i think they might be wondering why im changing plans but im sticking to optus
still, i think i might just keep ignoring the calls

It's Optus Premium - telling account holders of new online case management structure.

I just found a missed call from this number, had no idea who it could be. Quite cool i could google the number and find a page like this that gives me the answer.

It"s Optus, just spoke to them. Nothing to be afraid of :)

I reckon it's an automated (optus) bot that checks if a number is still active or something. If you're on android, add it to your auto reject list.

it sure is optus i called the number back and got an automated recording tellin me it was them just wanting to check if i was happy with the service so dont stress y'all

Its Optus. I complained to them
they gave me a number for the Do not call register.
Which means they are completely faceless and inept and
require their own customers to use another company to stop them harassing you.
Optus is hopeless, much like Telstra. Its like comparing banks to banks.
What a corrupt and depressing world we live in.

I have recieved a number of calls from this number.. At least one a day for about a week.. I would like to know who it is.....

Recently had some terrible customer service from Optus (face-to-face, on the phone AND online), so it makes sense reading these comments about the missed call from this number.  Am glad to have discovered these comments before I call the number back- as I never want to have anything to do with Optus ever again if at all possible!

I got it as well. It's annoying and digusted!!! It has been 4 days when I anawered they hung up on me. For god sake!!!
