it's the Optus call centre in QLD calling to see if you want to change your plan or re-contract. if you don;t have your phone with Optus you shouldn't get this one.

This rang for a second and hung up! Do they want us to call back & save their $$! Disgusting!

Rang a couple of times and hung up before it could be answered.

Yeah they rang me offering a new plan, they seemed annoyed when i asked them who they are, and that I didn't want to hear from them again.

[***] happens. Optus [***] me off and the fact they sell that info to ICTAustralia.

Been ringing me every few days and everytime I answered, the caller hung up!

Same as everyone else, it rings a couple of times & either hangs up or when answered, its already hung up!!

Optus are useless!! Can't even get the outbound dialler to work!!

Definitely Optus...either billing dept or complaints dept....but they are v annoying and rude calling at all crazy hours.

This was a legit call from optus Technical support going through Adelaide call centre.  Definitely not spam.

Got a call today. Said they were Optus returning my call. I have NEVER called Optus
