I tell you, these guys would have more chance of getting a donation from me if they left a message!!!

I had a phone call with that number. I think it's a scam.

i get the same calls with the number 089261537 they pretend its a Western Australian number its NOT, its a scam or a pain in the but phone call, last time i traced one of these numbers to Punjab India, if they don't leave a message do not call back, if people know you and you have an answering machine or like they would leave you a message, on my phone is a message, "if you are someone i know leave a message and i will get back to you, for those who cant speak English don't bother" they soon hang up, if you ring them back you could be ringing anywhere in the world even tho the number looks local.

8 pm tonight i got a call from 08 9269 1537 it was the breast cancer thingo not f$$$ing happy u would thing they would know the time being that its a WA. Number an not over sea.

this is a scam as i searched everywhere and rang the Cancer Foundation the Prostrate and Breast Cancer Foundation does not exist, i found one in Newton Sydney when i rang and held for nearly an hour a American voice said they were busy and hung up on me, i rang Sydney today,  and asked for the W.A address (foreign voice)  wanted to give me a P/O box number,( by the time i finished talking to this foreign lady i had 2 different addresses and phone numbers for here in W.A) the guy i got here in Victoria Park was just as evasive, also said he doesn't ring then hang up told him i have caller id  he shut up, Sydney asked me if i wanted a raffle ticket, i told her no i was looking for a tax number, she hung up, i have reported this, just a note i rang  the Cancer Foundation and they said they don't do telemarketing. so i would say they are using the Cancer Foundation as a scam.

Yes. The PBCF was set up with Ms Leanne Maguire as Director/Secretary and TFA who does the telamarketing is owned by her husband Mr Gerard Maguire. TFA gets at least 60% of the money.
