Tmobile have said I have rang these and they have charged me 21 pound .. I have not rang then I do not no the number

This number has also appeared on my bill and charged me 19.69 for a 8m 45s phone call which i never made. I know for a fact that i called sky on their 08442 number to moan about loss of signal......but yet this number has been somehow dialled instead??!?!?!?!  Opened a complaint with phone pay plus and already argued with my mobile provider

I was looking for Sky help line on my mobile phone, and 09044756405 was the number I came across on Sky website, so I called it. It was Sky help line, but a month later I have received my phone bill were I have been charged just over £50 +VAT by my mobile phone service provider for making this call.

Did you get it resolved as I've just received my bill. I upgraded sky and the call must have diverted to 09 as I never use  those numbers and now my bill is £32.28 for 43 minutes
