They keep sending bulk mail to people saying that your details has been passed to them by the company you applied for loan a year or two ago. They offer money but first you should call 09064001900 so they can proceed your ''application''. Calls are charged at £1.50 per minute.

- CindyyyyOMG this people are taking money form people with even providing the loan. Got a call from them, i was then asked to call back which i did. They did mention to me that i can get my refund back, I have just checked my bill statement online and i can not believe how much I need to pay. The amount of £53.01 this is a rediculous amount of money, i hope i will get my money back as promised. If not the matter will be dealt with by the authorities.

The call from Discover took about 1 minute - I wonder just how long and how much it would have been if I had phoned Cash Finance and I bet I would not have even got the loan - save your money and dont bother x

I actually workedDiscover Finance.. we had old Data that is apparently 2 days old, butIf you applied online for a loan (even over 6months later,not 2 days) one of our affilliated companies forwarded your information onto us, thats when we would ring you and see if you still wanted the loan, You would say yeah and we fill out a quick application to see what we could do for you! You would then have 2 options at the end.. Yes Loans or Cash Finance Direct.....
Thats when you would be informed that CFD would be able to process your Application, and that they dont charge an Admin fee, so along with the reference number we would give you 090 64001900 to ring, also stating not to worry as you are guarented a refund for the full cost of that call. So the Refund Adress is FREEPOST CFD but thats it, No post code because if the postcode "isnt given out" then they wont recieve your telephone bill so "no refund" is given... and this is exactly how they make there money, By the telephone calls rather than charging an Admin Fee,
But also with No Refund, You also Get no Loan. The Data will continue to come through and you will get 5-10 calls everyday sometimes it will just be an answer phone message.

- kellyI can not believe these company's are getting away with doing this, i also had a phone call saying i had got a loan, and got told to ring this 0906 400 1900 number which i call the phone bill has just come today and the call has cost me £37.55, this is a JOKE these people need to be stopped. i got told to sent a copy of my phone bill to them to claim back to price of the phone call's.

Sent the bills away and I'm still waiting for refund . Four weeks now. On benefits. Couldn't afford to pay the extra so now had my landline cut off. So I've no contact with medical services etc until I can get my bill paid

- Nan replies to Christine cookI am so sorry to tell you that these disgusting scum went into Administration on 14th January, according to other posts on one of the many numbers they used. As you said, they do not care what hardship they caused. No doubt, like the sewage which floats to the top, they will have renamed themselves and started trading under another name. Try contacting the CAB to see if they can advise how to get your 'phone back on. Good luck.
