    My wife has been receiving unsoliciited mail from this company and others seemingly based in Ross on Wye. The name they are using at the moment is County Awards. They promise that she has won a prize ranging from £25,000 to £200 including M&S Vouchers Holiday breaks. The name at the bottom of the letter is Jean Francis. The calls to the above number cost £1.50 per min and they say it should not last longer than 6 mins. £9-00 sounds like a profitable scam to me
